Description of Work: They called between the two hours they said they would and Don came out. He knew my concern was my backyard hose bib. We looked at it and he showed me that it was leaking and estimated it to be between 20-30 gallons a month. He went inside and located which wall it was behind and found no damage. He offered to either replace it today or wait till later in the winter. He gave me a maximum quote and scheduled a date to come do the work. While here he looked at my utility sink leak and tightened the faucet at no charge.

Description of Work: He came and opened up a rain drain that was clog. When I asked him if he could extend it up passed the soil line he said he didn't have the parts but told me where and what I needed. When explained to him that I had just had surgery and getting them on my own would be hard he happily went to the store and got the parts and did what I requested without charging me any more. Now, that is amazing customer service. I will definetly use them again.

Description of Work: I had a rain drain pipe that was busted near. I called ClogPro. They gave me an estimate and they removed the busted pipe and attached a new pipe. They covered it up very nicely. They were professional and efficient. If I have another problem regarding any of the drain pipes around the home or inside, I would call them again. I felt they were honest in their estimation and service.

Description of Work: The sewer drain was flushed and a camera was used to see into the drain pipe. Problem revealed? You got it...tree roots had the pipe completely blocked! Jesse was able to cut through and remove the offending roots. Tree removal & repair to follow before roots can grow back. Jesse emailed an estimate the next day. Impressive.
