My mother's sewer was backed up in the shower in both bathrooms. We've had this problem before, and no one seems to be able to figure out why. It is exacerbated by the fact that no one could find an external cleanout on this 10 year old house... We had called another plumbing company who did what they could, but weren't confident that they fixed the problem. They suggested we call Clog Pro to put a camera in to see what was going on. We also wanted to put in the external cleanout and Clog Pro has the camera with the locate feature needed to do that. They came and stuck the camera down there, and didn't see anything. They came back a couple of days later to put in the cleanout. Did a nice job of putting the lawn back together so that you wouldn't even know they pulled up the grass. In general they cleaned up after themselves, were respectful of our property, and generally pleasant to deal with. A couple of weeks later, the bathtub backed up again. I called them right away and they came, found the problem, and cleared it out without charging us. I would definitely call them again. The were responsive and knowledgeable.

Our experience with Clog Pro was great this time and in the past. That is why we return if we have any problem with our plumbing.

On Sunday morning, my bathtub was clogged and wouldn't drain. I called Clog Pro that same morning and left a message. I waited for about an hour for a return call and when no one called I called them back. As it turned out, they had the wrong phone number and couldn't get a hold of me. Ana was so nice and very apologetic that she hadn't been able to reach me back. I then related my problem and she said someone would be out between 1:00 and 3:00 to work on the drain. She said she would call when (Don) was on his way. Ana called back around 2:30 to let me know that Don was on a job that was running over and he would be later than planned. She then said he would be there by 5:00 p.m. Ana called again around 4:30 to let me know that Don was on his way. He arrived just after 5:00 and was able to clear the clog with a cable snake with no problem. He also replaced a washer in the faucet to stop it from dripping. The whole job took about 15 minutes. Don was fast and professional and he even said there would be no charge for replacing the washer. I really liked this company and I especially liked the great communication (thanks Ana!) and the fact that I was able to get someone out on a Sunday afternoon at no extra charge. I wouldn't hesitate to use them again in the future.

Clog Pro was great. I appreciated that they gave me a call to let me know that the guy was running late from another job, so i could stay at work a bit longer. The plumber was thorough and quick. He made sure it was just a drain issue and checked the sewer line twice. I was back at work in an hour. I love fast, professional service!

Very calmly competent. These guys are pros. Yard stayed organized, and they used a technique that minimized trenching. They have a good website to explain the trenchless technique. They made sure my plants weren't damaged and aimed to please. Stayed late and didn't leave us without water or sewer. I especially like that they are a local business that didn't go corporate. I can't praise these guys enough. They came on a Sunday, for one thing. Our house is old so all the accesses were frozen with age and previous contractor's materials, but Don worked like a bear until he got them open. Throughout, he was dedicated and professional. Very impressive. Because it took longer than he thought, through no fault of his, he even knocked off $20. Thanks, Clog Pro & thanks, Don. Great job!

Quickly and efficiently took care of the problem. Could not have been easier for us as homeowner.

We called at 7 p.m. on a Tuesday night. They assured us that the kitchen and utility room were on a separate system from the rest of the house, and therefore there was no emergency. We appreciated that because we wanted to avoid extra charges. William was here promptly the next morning and fixed everything in just an hour. He also replaced a pipe attached to the garbage disposal which had been installed incorrectly. He was very knowledgeable, friendly, and professional.

Fantastic.. couldn't have been better. It was less than an hour from the time I called to the time the plumber left with the job complete! I couldn't be happier.

The employees were excellent they worked very hard and late to resolve the issue.

They were two hours late in arriving the first time (without calling), and 1.5 hours late the second time (did call this time). Right on time for the third visit. The disposal they installed sells for $80 at Home Depot, so the $350 for the disposal plus installation seems high. It was installed in 30 minutes. They were quite apologetic about not installing it properly the first time. We were out of the country at the time so needed special payment options. They aren't set up for this (they want a credit card on the spot). There was quite a bit of confusion about how we were to pay them.

I called them in the morning and they were there by 3:00 that afternoon. The work was done perfectly. Don is an extremely hard worker and very pleasant and polite. He hauled everything away and left both the kitchen and garage in tip top shape. This is the second time we have used this company and I recommend them very highly.
