Clog Pro Plumbing And Drain

I called Clog Pro about 11am. By 1pm, Marsh was at my doorstep and quickly extracted the bone from my disposal. He was professional and knowledgable, and it was quickly fixed.

I'd used ClogPro many years ago. They did a great job then. When we needed them again, they remembered us. Their plumber came to our new place, gave me an estimate, and also coached me on a few things I could do myself. I solved the problem after an expert looked at it and gave me advice.

Had a backed up pipe. Jesse came out and we couldn't find the clean out the first day - he got back the next morning and quickly finished the job. Also gave good recommendations on making some improvements to make it easier/cheaper the next time around.

It was a dirty, noisy job so I appreciated that he brought in a big crew and completed it quickly.

Good, he was very professional. He gave us advice on how to avoid future problems with the pipes.

Chris was on time and ready to work. The drain from the old sink did not match up with the new one and he understood exactly what we wanted him to do. He went right to work and did the job in a timely manner. He also removed some water connections we had from an old humidifier that was hooked into the drain. He was professional, friendly and provided great service. He left his card incase we had questions or needed further work. We've used this company before and they do great work.

All went very well. They always showed up on time and completely cleaned up after them selves each day. The entire job took only 3 consecutive days. Yes three days in a row - NO DELYS. All permits, work and inspections happened within three days, I would hire them again in an instant.

They did a good job of getting our plumbing working well enough to use for now. Their estimate for replacing the cracked sewer pipe is $2900, compared to the $8000 from another contractor. Also, they located 3 cracks in the pipe compared to the 1 the other guys found. ClogPro will be starting this job in a few days.

Showed up on time. Found leak right outside of the foundation of the house and fixed it. No need to replace the existing main water line. Showed us that the existing line was copper from inside of building to the meter at the street and therefore should last a while. Overall extremely satisfied. Saved approximately $ 2000 by avoiding full replacement. Recommend highly without reservations.

Called Sunday night at 11pm to make an appointment for the morning. They answered the late call and set up an appointment for b4 10am. Talked to them in the morning and was told he was getting setup and would be there in 40 minutes. Jesse arrived on time and after locating the main line clean-out , which was hidden, he had it cleared b4 11:30. Made 2 families with lots of kids very happy. Very knowledgable and had the right heavy duty equipment to do any job. Great service! Very good company and was a good experience.

Price came in under initial estimate.Their communication with clients was fantastic.

Marsh and his team did an awesome job. Marsh came out and scoped the pipe to show me what and where the damaged pipe was. Unfortunately, it was underneath the middle of the street. They excavated and replaced the pipe before I got home from work. Essentially, I was never without sewer service. I highly reccomend Marsh and his team and wouldn't hesitate to use them again (even though, I hope I don't have to.)

We have had to have our drain pipe cleaned twice in the past (both times by Clog Pro, and both times their work was excellent), and decided it was time to have a liner installed to avoid what was sure to be future problems. Clog Pro provided a reasonable estimate in February and for half down we contracted for the project that would, at their suggestion, begin when the ground had had a chance to dry a little to avoid damage to the lawn. Throughout the project, their concern about avoiding damage and disruption was clearly evident. They contacted me about the project and we began in August. Five days later, they were finished and everything was clean and back to normal, with only about a three-hour window of interrupted service. The site was so clean, despite some fairly hefty excavation, that when they left that several neighbors remarked about how impressed they were. Not as impressed as we were, though. Marsh and Clog Pro were thoroughly professional and did excellent work from start to finish. Thanks, guys. We really appreciate it.

He came out and did it an in hour. He was very punctual and the price was good.

My son threw a toy down the toilet. Clog pro came out to see if they could unplug. When they were unable to unplug toilet due to toy being in an area where it would not come out. We had to replace toilet. They replaced the toilet with in a couple of hours and we had a working toilet 24 hours after that. Luckily we have two other toilets available.

Is there a lower rating than F? They deserve something like ZZZ and that would be considered a high rating. This is by far the worst company in business. Such a great representation of a super service award winner. T hey are the poster child of bad contractors. They are never on time if they show up at all. The first experience was for a clogged sewer pipe. The appointment was made for the first thing the next day. They showed up over two hours late. With several phone calls to the company as to the whereabouts of the employee, I was always told that he was in the neighborhood. An hour later, the excuse was he stopped to get gas. Upon arrival, the employee was not apologetic, and had a bad attitude. I told him that I was not pleased with his lateness and explained that my job only paid for work preformed. No work, no pay for me. Worked out a deal where he would clean drain and video tape sewer line for $300.00. Upon completion of the work, the bill was for twice the amount. Would not honor the agreed upon price. An appointment was made for the big boss to show up to provide an estimate for the replacement of the sewer line. I took off work and waited. Again no work, no pay for me. He was a no show. Upon calling the office, I was told that I was not on the schedule. When asked why not, the response was that they remember making it but forgot to add it to the schedule. Another appointment was made. Again the owner of the business was late. Called the office as to the status of his where he was, and was told it would be soon. After a wait of 45 minutes, he showed up. I told him the displeasure of the service I was getting from him and his company. He replied tough luck. He went to see the sewer line and had a difficult time seeing the problem and the markings his employee provided. He did not not know what was going on and presented a confused look. When asked questions regarding how they would proceed with the replacement, he was offended and stated that I was not to ask questions. Turned around and left the premises. Must be nice to treat customers very badly, rip them off of hard earned money and still get Angie's List Super Service Awards. Thought the purpose of Angie's List was to stop this practice for their customers.

Water was backing up from the basement floor drain. Flushing the toilet caused a mini flood. Clog pro cable cleaned the sewer line and got everything moving again. They called to let me know they would be 15 minutes later than the time frame they estimated earlier. He covered items in the general vecintiy with drop cloths to keep splatter off of them. Took about 30-45 minutes to complete the job. He did not think we needed the line scoped since he did pull out some cloth from the line. He said if it clogged again we should have a scope done of the line.

We were anxious to have the drain unclogged because we had standing water on our driveway and it was close to backing up into our garage and heavy rain was expected for several days. We called some other companies, but no one else was available to come out the same day. The situation was particularly tricky because the water from our house and driveway all drains into a dry well, not the sewer system. The drain's PVC piping is also more fragile than other types of piping and any break in the system could have serious consequences for our property. The technician who came out was named Jesse Murdock. He used high-pressure water to unclog the drain. His equipment is like a very sophisticated truck-mounted pressure washer. The clog was about 70 feet down the pipe. He unclogged it in less than 30 minutes. Water runs freely now. Jesse was very professional and did a nice job of cleaning up after himself. The price was a little high, but he did a great job.

I’ve used them a couple of times. I spent around $300 or something like that on their services. The overall experience with them was good. They were great. Their price was great and it was a lot better than so many of the others. They were good on everything.

They were good. I will use their services again in the future.

They did all they could, a good job. It's just that I have a unique problem.

I was called by the company to tell me the employee would be late. He was barely, barely late. He checked out the problem, explained what the next steps would be, and left. The next person came and gave me even more information. I knew what was going on from beginning to end. Although they were unable to do the rest of the work I have to have done, they were courteous and professional throughout several days and left my property looking the same as it did before they began the work.
