Overall very satisfied with the service, the plumber was very pleasant, well-groomed, explained exactly what he was going to do, only took a few minutes. Didn't cover shoes with little booties which I really prefer but didn't appear to be dirty. First time I called to schedule there was a glitch in finding my address and someone forgot to put my phone number on the ticket so my apt was missed, but when I called to reschedule they were fantastic and took $25 off the bill. I would absolutely use them again.

It went fine. The plumber knew just what to do and had right equipment for the job. From my perspective it was fast and easy.

They were really excellent. They came out and were very nice. They were excellent in every way. I thought the price was pretty high. I didn't compare it with other companies.

They came in on a Saturday and flushed out the pipes and had us up and running within an hour. Their response time was commendable and I felt very secure in the information he provided and the diagnostics he performed.

I was having my old concrete driveway replaced and arranged to have them come in and replace the line after the old driveway was busted up and removed but before the new driveway was poured. My small front yard was already toast because we had just had a large spruce tree removed and the stump ground. They were able to bring in a backhoe and excavate, install the line and backfill in one day. I had to wait another day for a plumbing inspection and then a final return by the plumbers to backfill at the pont of connections before the concrete contractor could complete his work. They probably could have cut one day off that time but the plumbing inspector was busy that day and didn't show up till early evening. Had an issue with the backhoe hitting a comcast cable because the locate for it was inaccurate but we got lucky and snagged a comcast repairman in the neighborhood who repaired it on the spot. I found them very professional and business-like to deal with and was very satisfied with the work performed.

Came to my house within 3 hours of my initial phone call. Arrived when they said they would. Cleared my blocked drain, and showed me what was the problem. Very professional, explained everything thoroughly. I hope I don't need them again, but I will definitely call them again if I do.

I tried EVERYTHING except removing the sink and going directly into the drain pipe. Plunger, shop vac., snake, probiotics, and lastly drain cleaner. (Do not use drain cleaner). Nothing worked and the wife insisted I get a professional. Since the sink had been clogged for over 3 months I gave in. Because of illness with the initial tech, it took a couple weeks to finish with several visits from a couple employees and success. The sink was back together and draining. When called for payment they more than pleasantly surprised by cutting the bill by 2/3. It's nice to have a company in customer service go over and above to make a situation right. Would use them again and I do recommend them.

Unlike the other providers I called, their scheduling person answered the phone promptly and was able to fit us in within a 2-hour window from when we called. Jesse showed up, took a look at the situation, gave us a quote, and got the job done quickly and efficiently. He was friendly and helpful, and professional. All-in-all, it was a great experience and worth the price. We'll definitely use them again.

The plumber came out immediately. He determined the problem and said he needed parts and drove to Foster Rd. in Portland to get that small part. This irritated me because his office was in Vancouver and I live in Vancouver. I couldn't figure out why he had to drive so far for a part when his company was located near my home and parts are closer than that. And I thinkI paid for his driving time. Anyway, he came back and fixed the leak. As he left, he told me that he had put handle backward and told me how to use it. You may ask me why I'm writing this a year later. It's because every time I use the shower, the backward handle bothers me greatly. I'm really tired of plummets I can't trust.

This was a simple job that with given more time and the right tool $$$ we probably could of fixed ourselves. Mick came out quickly and resolved the issue as expected and quoted. The quote came out to approximately what it would of cost to purchase the right tool + labor so in the end it was time and money well spent.

Writing this about a week since the kitchen clogged drain work visit and still a very satisfied customer. No leaks or new clogs since then. Would use this company again.

In the process of selling our 100 year old house, we got a great offer, but the sewer line failed inspection. The old clay pipe had cracked at the lateral. We received estimates from three well-reviewed companies and went with Clog Pro. In terms of the cost of sewer replacement Clog Pro was not the least expensive. In fact theirs was the highest bid, by a little bit. One of the other companies, however, was going to cut the concrete in the basement and disrupt a brick patio (repair of concrete, patio, and wood flooring to be separately contracted), and both of the other companies' work would have required removal of a portion of a hand-built stone retaining wall and the removal of a portion of the sidewalk and established plantings (including a street tree, that might have gotten the city involved). Since the buyers required that all landscaping be returned to original condition, we were looking at many thousands of dollars in repairs to the basement and landscaping, and we had very little time to get everything done. Marsh Warren, Clog Pro's owner, scoped our sewer and told us that it was ideal for trenchless replacement that would disturb neither the wall nor the plants. The job took three days of work on site, and Clog Pro took care of arranging all permits and inspections. Day one was preparatory-- opening up a small hole under the front porch and a much larger and deeper one in the street. Day two involved about three hours without sewer service, while an amazing machine burst the old clay pipe and threaded a single, seamless 30' length of new pipe in the opening. The final day was devoted to inspections, filling the holes, and street repair (asphalt had to be put off for a couple of days due to heavy rainfall). Marsh is a fusspot (just ask his crew) and pays a lot of attention to seemingly small details. This is something I like in a contractor-- no shortcuts. This attention to detail extended to cleanup. When they left it was as if nothing had happened at all, other than a bit of new asphalt in front of the house. Marsh knew we were under serious time constraints, due to the sale, and despite being very busy, worked with us to meet our deadline. We had great communication from Clog Pro through the entire process. They keep in touch and return calls promptly. The new buyers are happy, we're happy, the city was happy, and best of all, I saved thousands and didn't have to deal with estimates from concrete contractors, stone masons, and landscapers for additional repair work.

It went really well. Marsh is very meticulous and punctual. He has invested in good equipment, and was able to push a new pipe through the old clay pipe, and hook the new pipe into the lateral in just 3 days. We were only without sewer for a few hours on one day. His crew dug a hole under our front porch (invisible) and another hole in the street, and they didn't disturb any of our landscaping, or tear up the sidewalk. Two small holes only. His quote was a little more than the other companies we talked to, but the other companies expected us to spend a lot of money repairing all the stuff they tore up. Clog Pro didn't tear up anything. The price was the total price, and when they were done, we were done. We were very happy with Clog Pro, and have already talked with them about doing another job for us in a few months.

Were the services performed by the provider? Yes and no. I was left rather unsatisfied with the service. I called on Saturday 6/14 to schedule and specifically explained to the person on the phone that I had two problems...clogged drain and a leak of undetermined origin under the same sink. She explained that someone would be dispatched between 11 am and 1 pm the next day (Sunday) but that she would call to alert me when they were on their way. On Sunday morning Mick arrived at 11 am (without a call that he was on his way) and was shown the sink where the clog and leak were located. I then instructed him that I would like for him to also install a new faucet which my wife had purchased the night before, knowing that we had a plumber scheduled to arrive in the morning. He immediately explained that he could not install the faucet because he is not a plumber...he is only a drain cleaner. He suggested that I have a second call scheduled so a real plumber could come out during the week to install the new faucet (at an additional $185 cost). Apparently the plumbing services are only handled by Clog Pro Monday through Friday and on weekends they only do drain cleaning. I said I understood but then questioned whether the fact that he isn't a plumber would preclude him from addressing the leak under the sink. He said that he suspected that the leak was a result of the drain being clogged and that he would make sure that the leak was addressed before he left. Mick took about 20 minutes to clear the clog in the drain then ran the faucet to make sure that it drained OK at which point he noticed the leak was still there. He investigated and said that it was the juncture of the sink and drain pipe that was the origin of the problem then he said that he thought the sink was cracked and needed to be replaced. He offered to schedule another appointment for a plumber to come out and confirm that that was actually the problem and said he would give them a heads up that they would need extra time to purchase the new sink and install it (along with the new faucet that he could not install). I said no thank you and paid him for the drain clog. He did give me a $30 discount when I told him that I was dissatisfied with the service because only one of the issues that I had described to the person on the phone the previous night had been addressed. He was very apologetic and went on his way. A short time later the owner of the company phoned me to schedule a second appointment to address the leak. I explained to him that I was going to try a different provider because I had lost confidence in his company that they would/could handle the issue. I believe that the sink MAY have a crack in it but I also have a sneaking suspicion that Mick cooked up the crack scenario so that he had an excuse not to address the leak and, when a real plumber from the same company would come out to investigate, that guy would confirm the crack in the sink whether it was actually there or not. To his credit, the company owner offered to refund the money that I had paid Mick for the service call but I declined explaining that I was not looking to get over on anybody. I actually did have a service performed and paid for it...I was simply dissatisfied that only one of the two problems which I called about had actually been rectified. He apologized again and hung up.

I called for an appointment and estimate. They were very courteous and provided me with the requested information. Initially I was told that someone would be out between 2-4 pm. A short time later I received a phone call advising me that they had someone available then and would send them over. So Jesse arrived about 1/2 hour later at approx 10:30 am and promptly got my drain open and working again. He was professional and very helpful regarding keeping the drain open. I would certainly recommend them and if needed will hire them again.

I called Wed. a.m., Feb 12, and spoke with Ana who was helpful and able to set up an appointment for Chris to come give an estimate between noon and 2 pm. He arrived in the timeframe and I showed him what I wanted done. I showed him the items I wanted installed (I purchased the sinks and fixtures beforehand). On the shower/tub stalls, he indicated I needed different fixtures due to the brand currently in use. He also indicated that the shower head in the tub stall was loose and he may need to tear into the wall of the bedroom behind the plumbing to stabilize the head. I was alarmed and indicated I did not wish this had to be done. He indicated he would do his best not to have to tear into the wall. After reviewing all the items needed to be done, he handed me a written estimate, I believe for about $1800, and indicated it would be a 2-day job. I agreed to this, and arrangements were made for him to return on Feb. 17 sometime between 12 and 2 pm to start work. He arrived in a timely manner and got to work. During installation of faucets, I came to learn that one of the tub shower head fixtures needed to be a different brand to go with the plumbing already there. I tried several times throughout that morning to obtain the right fixture to no avail. Eventually, Chris sent me to a particular plumbing store that he deals with on a regular basis. They worked with me to get the right things. (Also, a toilet I had gotten at the local big box store was not correct either, so I went to Chris's plumbing supplier and with Chris directing them over the phone, obtained the right parts.) At one point, I indicated there was an issue with one of the kitchen sink fixtures (lines for cold and hot were crossed so hot water came out on cold side). As it turned out, the IKEA fixture I'd gotten for this sink had all sorts of problems, and he encouraged me to replace it with Delta brand. I agreed to do so, as well as replace another faucet that was not working for its' sink. Due to my incorrect choices of fixtures and toilet, work was delayed by several days. He wasn't able to return to finish the work until Feb. 21. On Feb. 20, I called Ana and asked her to add to the list: secure a toilet that had come loose from the floor as well as install a new seat cover to said toilet. This she did gladly. Chris arrived promptly at 8 am on Feb. 21, ready to finish off the work. With an assistant, he was able to complete all plumbing issues by noon, I believe. Good news was that because of the plumbing items he asked me to get, he was able to fix the instability of the tub shower head without tearing into either side of the wall. Of course, because of the work order changes and difficulties during the week, he had to charge me extra. When he told me the new figure, I indicated I was surprised, and grateful, it wasn't any higher. I let him know I was very pleased with his efforts and patience with me while we worked together to get the right fixtures for the right plumbing.

We were so pleased that Mick came out on a Sat, during a holiday weekend to clear our kitchen sink drain. He gave great recommendations on how to prevent future clogs. He was very clean and careful with our floors and appliances. He fixed the problem quickly. He was also here when he said he would be. I give him the highest rating! The price was reasonable, too. I'd recommend this company and especially Mick to anyone.

The provider arrived promptly and completed the work efficiently. Before activating the system, he double checked all the connections to ensure no drips or leaks occurred. Everything went very smoothly and no issues have arisen.

Jessie was incredibly responsive when I called him. He came over in less than an hour and had the clog cleared very quickly. My only negative comment is that they charge a credit card fee of 4% if you want to pay with a credit card. There aren't too many businesses that do that these days, or if they do, they just build it into their pricing. It seems like for 30 minutes of drain clearing, they could forgive that charge. Overall, Jessie was great to work with and I'd give him a call again if I needed his services.

I asked them to replace a simple valve, There was easy access. It took one hour. The work was good, but I was presented with what I thought was a bill that was quite high. I protested and the owner called me to resolve the issue. He was really fair.

Our kitchen sink clogged up. We tried to unclog with a hand snake several times unsuccessfully so I called ClogPro. Chris came out and it also took him several times but he got it to work. Chris was punctual, professional and diligent. Not only he got the drain to work, he also assessed the situation and made a suggestion to change out the pipe under the sink for better flow and better access if the drain clogs again. It was not an up sale and the price for the additional work was reasonable. This was my first time with ClogPro and I am planning to use them for my future pluming needs.

They replaced a decaying 4" cast iron sewer line under the basement floor by using the pipe-bursting trenchless system. The project went exactly as they said it would. This was the first job for a replacement machine so there was a bit of tinkering to get everything synchronized. However, they completed the job in one day, cleaned up all the mess, and it has worked perfectly since then (July 2013).

I called Saturday afternoon assuming nobody could come until Monday. The woman who answered said someone could come between 3-5 that day! Was of course thrilled. The plumber called when he was on his way, got there on time and fixed the backup. Really great service!!
