Description of Work: I left them a message we had an urgent and unexpected need to have a toilet and a sink removed due to a floor remodel. We needed them that day. They called back the next day and left a message that the soonest they could be there was in 2 more days. In the meantime we found a plumber that was there in 2 hours. We no longer had the need.

Description of Work: Plumbed a new sink in a kitchen island. Scheduled the work within a few days of my query. Job was done in a few hours. He was very neat with his work, cleaned up after completion of the job. First rate.

Description of Work: My water softener was sitting in a puddle of water. It was determined that the leak came from a connection of the softener to the water pipe. The plumber then said that he doesn't do water softeners, so he recommended Water & Air Works to do the repair. Brad was at my house within a half hour of my call, and charged me nothing as he didn't perform a repair. I would feel confident to call him in the future as he has worked a good deal in this neighborhood, and has favorable reviews through Angie's List.

Description of Work: Brad has done such a professional job repairing and upgrading our front bathroom and as we were so pleased with the quality of the new equipment, we had him upgrade our back bathroom. Both were flawlessly done. We recently had Brad look at a "minutia" of a leak that was so slow. My wife and I both took turns looking under the bright overheads, and we found the leak was below the tank line at the interface. We called Brad, and he asked us to turn off the water and flush the tank. It was late, and we asked if he could make it out within the next 3 days. He said he would be at our home at 8:00 AM. He came right on time, removed his shoes (his normal practice for his customers for scuffing and cleanliness reasons), and let him go about what determining the problem. 48 minutes later, he finished, and explained the problem that had occurred. It was a lower seal that had just worn over that last 10 years we've had the home and toilet, and he installed a brand new unit and of higher quality make. I pulled out my checkbook and thanked him so much. He told he there is no charge! I was so surprised. I told him I wanted to pay him for his labor and time, and he said it was okay. "Are you sure?!" He smiled, as said not to worry. I asked him why? He explained how the leak was unrelated to the upgrade, that it was just an old, aged seal below. In all truth, I owed him the money, but he was kind and so generous to make the gesture of helpfulness to both my wife and I. I thanked him. Brad is really a good man. I strongly recommend Brad Christensen for plumbing and Ross Roberts for all your electrical needs.

Description of Work: Brad Christensen was such an honest and hard working professional. He went above and beyond our expectations, installing even higher quality hardware than we expected, resulting in a "brand new" toilet that is more efficient, quieter. He updated not only some seals we did not expect, but also installed a higher-grade valve on the water intake, removing the cheaper grade and flawed pull-out shutoff. On top of this, I had said we would like to have him come out and clean out the bathroom sink, as I knew snaking the lines gets messy. Within moments, he was under the sink working quickly, letting me know "no problem!" I was astounded. He removed the hardware so quickly and cleared the pipe of some buildup. Remarkable man, and so honest. I will refer Brad to everyone I know, as I do with Ross Roberts at RAMM Electric LLC for Electrician's work. Both of these guys are top notch professionals. Don't even hesitate calling them. Thanks guys!
