Called within an hour and fixed my issue on the phone....I learned something and the thing no longer leaks! I tightened a fitting on my kitchen sink sprayer... again, amazing and thank you!

This was a difficult installation. I had removed the old valve and galvanized leading to the shower head. Brad converted all the piping to PEX, installed the new 6 inch brass valve which I found on the internet and threaded to new PEX up to the new shower head. This required some forethought so as not to damage the tile job and create a mess. Well done and clever.

We had a leak in our Kitchen ceiling. Brad came out and found exactly where the leak was. He covered our flooring to keep it clean while he cut the drywall and soldered the pipe. On time, extremely knowledgeable, friendly and did an excellent job. He is the owner so no subs to deal with. I would use Christensen Plumbing again in a heartbeat. I do most of my own home repairs, except when it comes to soldering pipes. I leave that to a professional like Brad. Do not hesitate to call him.

He did everything quickly and tried to save me a bit by seeing if the existing valve under the house was usable. It wasn't, so he had to install a valve and new line under the house for the fridge. He was friendly and responsive to questions. He was nice enough to wear shoe covers in the house and put down a mat in the area around the crawlspace to keep the dirt down. I would definitely hire him again and recommend him to anyone.

During the cold snap we had a few months ago the pipe for my garden hose out front broke. I've put off fixing it until this week. I called Brad at Christensen Plumbing 2 days ago and he said he was available the next day to come out. I asked that he call ahead of time to give me a chance to make it home from work. He obliged and he arrived on time. He was very friendly and got right to work once he saw what the situation was. It was a quick fix. He replaced the old CPVC pipe with newer PEX product. It is more flexible and bends so you don't have to spend time putting turns in it just to get it. He cleaned up after himself and provided me with a digital copy of the invoice. Price was more than fair. I am happy because I now know if I have any plumbing needs in the future I won't have to go looking for a plumber, I'll just call Brad.

Brad arrived early. Was very pleasant introducing himself then went right to work. The toilet was repaired in about 15 minutes and then he started on the outdoor faucet. Took a little more time due to having to get under house and make a few trips back and forth. I found him to be very courteous and professional but friendly.

Converted to ADA toilets (we bought separately). The plumber inspected the site and responded in 2 days with a written quote. He was on time, used foot covers and protective mats through out the home. Toilets were emptied, and separately bagged, placing where we wanted them. He hand cut all old compression fittings, polished the copper and installed 1/4 turn shutoffs with braided metal hoses. He showed us how the cabinet doors click for easy removal. Everything was done in 4 hours, tested and a tour done with all questions professionally answered in understandable terms. He also invited us to call him with any concerns, IF follow up was needed. This is an eleven year old home.

Due to a cancellation, Brad was here at 9:00 a.m. He was quick, organized and a pleasure to have in our home! I could not be happier with the job he did for us. Even the cats came out to say hello.

It went extremely well. Brad walked me all the way through the process before he started the work, and let me know that he would have to cut a hole in the wall - told him no problem; it had already been cut once before about 30 yrs ago. Then he proceeded to turn off the water, used a bucket to catch the drips and excess water. Cut the pipes, replaced the piping and water faucet, cleaned everything up, turned on the water and made sure there was not going to be a dripping afterwards. Checked the air in the lines, etc. All together, this was the best plumbing experience I have ever had to deal with. My daughter had been given bids by other plumbers , some of whom, never showed up, others started their bids at $1200 all the way up to $2000. I'll be calling Brad in the future for other plumbing works in my house, and I highly recommend him to anyone who needs help with their plumbing.

Water was leaking from the garage wall. We called several plumbers that couldn't get to our house until the next day. Brad made a special trip the same day after his last call and fixed the pipe. We asked that he go ahead and replace a shut off valve at the same time and replace all of the pipe in that wall. We highly recommend his services.

It went fantastic. He was really good. He was on time. He was really professional and he cleaned up great. He did exactly what we wanted, even better. He was a really good plumber. I highly recommend him. He removed the old plumbing very cleanly. He put them in bags and hauled everything away. It was just like all of a sudden we had all new plumbing and it didn't look like he had been there. I looked at the comments about him on Angie's List and that is one of the reasons I hired him. I am planning on using him again.

Brad is professional, capable and very easy to work with. The kitchen work was straight forward but the bathroom problem had to be redone from the basement. He quickly figured it out and and everything is working perfectly now. We especially like that he is so prompt at geting back when we email or call.

I found Christensen Plumbing through Angie's List a few years ago. We were impressed with his service at that time and we thought of him again during a kitchen remodel we did the last few weeks of December. We bought a new kitchen sink and faucet that needed to be installed. The new sink has deeper bowls and the drains are positioned slightly differently than our old sink, so some reconfiguration was needed. As before, Brad showed up right on time and had the pipes re-configured and the sink, faucet and disposal installed in less than two hours. We did notice a small leak a few days after the install so I called Brad and he came right back out. The leak was not due to his workmanship, it was due to a part from our old disposal that failed. Brad found the problem and had it fixed very quickly. Brad is always courteous, professional and punctual, and I would definitely hire him again.

The appointment time was originally for 11 am. However, he was able to get their even earlier. My wife was at home, let him in and explained what was happening with the plumbing. From what I understand, he was very quick, efficient and polite.

When I called, I had to leave a voicemail. He called me back in less than 2 hours. I had already tried 2 other plumbers -- neither one of which bothered to call me back. He was very polite and professional. He put booties on his shoes to protect my floor. He listened to my description of the problem and then checked the toilet out. He then went to get his equipment and took care of the clog in just a few minutes. He checked and made certain the problem was fixed and made certain that I was satisfied. He used his tablet to show me the bill and sent me an e-receipt then and there.

I had a gas line ran for my new gas range. It seemed to go fairly smooth. Before they left they even put my new stove in its spot. Thanks guys.

Very punctual; the repairs were simple and quick.

Brad was punctual (10 minutes early is punctual to me), cordial, professional, and to the point, again, something I like from contractors. He put his booties on before coming in (considerate) then went straight to work. The repair work was to reseal two leaky pipes underneath the sink as well as replace 3 plastic water valves with metal valves for the hot,cold, and dishwasher lines. I just had him redo all the plumbing under the sink as parts were cheap. Brad charged standard hourly rate and only billed me for the hours he was under the sink. With new contractors I have learned to pay close attention to the repairs while they're working. After a short amount of time I could tell Brad was the no nonsense kind of guy I could trust to do a good job. Honest pay for honest work is the phrase that comes to mind. A hearty recommendation for anyone needing plumbing work. I'll have Brad in my phone as long as he's doing business in this area.

Since this was three weeks ago, forgive me if I don't recall all details, but I remember he was here on time, was very clean and tidy, wearing booties inside the house, etc. I saved his card because I definitely would use him again. The thing I like about working with a one man company is that you always know who will do the work. Not like the bigger companies, where you never know who your going to get. I much prefer to support the smaller locally owned and operated concerns. I do recall that Brad was a very good communicator and worked in a timely manner. I thought he did a good job, so I highly recommend him.
