Cleaning team (Tom and Byron) were on time, friendly, honest and efficient. The carpet looks great; all the pet stains are gone. Would definitely use again.

It went great! It was so nice to have two workers working together. They were very nice people and they did a great job!

They were on time, in fact, early. Don and his assistant cleaned the carpets beautifully. They also cleaned our dryer vent, our dining chairs, our vehicle front seats because they get used the most. They did a great job! We have used this company for over 20+ years.

Everything went great. The young lady scheduling the work was friendly and helpful. Then as I was told he would do, the carpet cleaner Jake called when he was on his way to the house (during the window of time I expected) and he arrived on time. He started with a walk through of the house and a determination of the work I wanted done and he calculated the cost. I used two coupons. One for 25% off the whole house and one for 10% off the upholstery work. Jake was hardworking and thorough and he did extra cleaning to get candle wax off a couch and carpet. Rob arrived a couple hours into the job to assist since there was so much to clean. Rob was great too and did extra work on the sectional couch and ottoman that was not expected. Both Jake and Rob were energetic and worked quickly. The carpets dried pretty much completely the same day and all parts of the couches were dry by the next day. All the pet stains on the carpets were totally gone. All cat hair and staining were gone on the light-colored couch and loveseat. We are really happy with all the results. Everything looks beautiful and the carpet looks like new. Working with all the people at Chem-Dry was a good experience.

They're very good and always follow up to see what kind of a job was done. I've used them for a number of years.

I had gotten a great cleaning. It was excellent, it was the best carpet cleaning I've ever had. They were very good. I plan on using them again. Everything was back to normal after they finished. It was very good. It took an hour to complete the job. There was one person that came to complete the job. I was very impressed. It was so fast. It was try in the matter of 2-3 hours. It came out so clean. He spot cleaned it before. He did a very thorough job, and the carpets were just gorgeous afterwards.

I was painting inside my house and I spilled some paint on my stairs. They were out in my house in half-an-hour and soaked it all up. My wife never knew until I told her. They did a fantastic job so I am very loyal to them. They got the paint out of the carpet which was amazing and once-a-year, they clean our entire house. They do all the carpets in our house.

I bought a $99 coupon and they honored the coupon price. They were really good and I was very pleased with them. They were prompt and they knew what they were doing. They were honest too.

The stains that we were concerned about came back shortly after the carpets were cleaned and dry. The technician came back again at no charge, removed the stains, and the stains came back within the week. Finally, I purchased some carpet stain remover, got down on the floor and cleaned the stains myself--and they did NOT come back. So, I have to conclude that the cleaning done by this company did not include adequately addressing our particular carpet stains. The technician did mention that he was fairly new, and so things might be going better for him and this company now.

I had an 8x10 are carpet that needed cleaning so I called them to see if I could drop the carpet off. They said and quot;absolutelyand quot;, told me when it would be ready for pick up and the cost of cleaning. They even called with a reminder that the carpet was ready and that someone would be there to help me place it in the car. I will use them again in a few weeks to clean a couch and two chairs!

I would absolutely hire this company again. I was totally impressed with how prompt and courteous the technician was. I was pleased with the outcome of my carpets. The technician also left me a can of spot remover to use.

One time our daughter spilled paint on her carpet in her room and we called up Chem-dry on a Saturday. The owner, John, was about to close up shop for the day, but instead, he came to our home and spent two hours removing the paint out of our carpet. We are a customer for life.

Robert arrived on time and did a good job of cleaning my carpets.

Jon showed up as promised, completed the work right on schedule and priced everything fairly. Start to finish it was a great experience!

They were prompt and very responsive. They did a good job. Their price was really good and very reasonable. I would probably use them again.

My interaction with them was ok and very uneventful. They were similar to other carpet cleaner in terms of advertising a low price and then quoting a higher price when they came out, which irritated me. I was a bit annoyed with their price as it was not the special price that they had advertised. Their price was not very expensive but it was not the one that they had advertised. They said that the drying time for the carpet was two hours but it was actually the next day when I could step on it. I had them clean my recliner chair as well and that took two days to dry.

They were professional and their quality of work was good. I really liked the company and they did a really good job.

I was expecting a lower price but it has been several years since we had out carpets clean and inflation hits everybody. The service was very good. He came early. They called to make sure it was alright to come early. He gave us a bid and did some marketing too. He was very polite. I could tell he was not just giving me a price a guess out of his imagination. It was laid out in black and white. He cleaned the carpets very very fast. He vacuumed and cleaned them. When he was done he walked me through the house showing me spots he could not get up and told me why. They called the next day or day after to asked if we were satisfied. They asked if there were things they missed.

They got the pet stains out so it was worth the cost. It was about $200 for the pet urine removal. They don't pour the waste water out in the street. They actually contain it and dump it out the right way. I appreciated that.

Arrived at designated time. Worked efficiently. Removed stains from family room carpet. Explained warranty. I don't think renting a Rug Doctor, hauling it home, buying the chemicals, and having my rugs wet for days is a better deal. Everything was dry and smelled great in a matter of hours.

CHEM-DRY ARRIVED ON TIME AND COMPLETED THE CLEANING PROMPTLY. OUR CARPETS AND COUCHES LOOKED IMMACULATE AND SMELLED FRESH. WE DID HAVE ONE SPOT RESURFACE AND CHEM-DRY RETURNED PROMPTLY TO ERASE THE SPOT. WE WILL USE THEM IN THE FUTURE AND ARE CURRENTLY RECOMMENDING THEM TO OUR NEIGHBORS AND FRIENDS.

WE WERE VERY PLEASED WITH CHEM-DRY. THE CARPET CLEANERS WERE VERY EFFICIENT AND TIMELY. THEY DID A NICE JOB. THE CARPETS DRIED QUICKLY AND LOOKED GREAT.

THE MAN FROM CHEM DRY WAS VERY PUNCTUAL AND WORKED AROUND MY CLEANING AS HE WAS DOING THE FAMILY ROOM. HE THEN MOVED UP STAIRS AND FINISHED WITH MY STAIRS. WONDERFUL JOB AND LEFT THE CARPETS DRY WHEN FINISHED.
