 + -1 moreExcellent. Charles has been working on stucco and EIFS construction and repair for many years. He expressed good judgment based on his experience on what needed to be fixed and what was being done only to satisfy the inspector. He offered to talk to a perspective buyer when we were selling our house about our siding and the work that he did. I would hire Charles for any type of siding work again.
Description of Work: We have EIFS (type of stucco) siding. Following an inspection where there were multiple issues where the siding installation did not meet manufacturers guidelines, Charles came out and made multiple repairs to resolve the issues in the report. He was very responsive to multiple call backs when the re-inspection kept identifying new issues that weren't in the original report.
