Description of Work: They arrived on time and were very knowledgable. We were very pleased with the work done. Trimmed large arbevida tress in the back and trimmed pear tree in the front. Cleaned up well and even picked up our leaves !

Description of Work: They took down a large fir tree next to my house. They had very little room due to the house and septic tank being so close the base of the tree. Great guys to work with. Would recommend them any day.

Description of Work: they removed a spruce that lost it's four tops during a recent large blow; removed one sweetgum that was irritating the horse-patootie out of the entire household and trimmed a very large cherry tree. they chipped the small stuff and arranged for the cut-up large pieces to be donated (as we had no use for it). certified arborists, all involved were professional, courteous and open to a variety of questions.

+ -1 moreI first made contact with Cascade Tree Works by leaving a message on their answering machine requesting a bid concerning pruning or removing 12 Thunder Cloud plum trees I have in my backyard. Within a day I received a return call from the owner and arborist, Greg Richardson. He came out to my house the next day and gave me advice and options on how to handle the care of the trees. The trees are 16 years old and have never been professionally pruned. After listening to Greg's suggestions, I decided not to remove the trees as they provide needed shade for my backyard and to remove and replace them with new saplings would be more expensive than pruning would be. Greg's crew, which included a certified arborist, arrived on time on the day we scheduled and began working right away. They were polite, friendly, well groomed and dressed in attire bearing the company logo. They also used safety gear and were very careful while working. I was happy to see this since I did not want anyone getting hurt doing the work. I had neglected to ask Greg to include in his bid another Thunder Cloud plum tree I have in my front yard. Greg said, 'No problem' and included the addtional tree at no extra cost. The crew spent a full day at my house, taking their time to prune each tree properly. Since my trees are located just inside my fence line, the crew made sure that no branches that they cut fell into my neighbors' yards. By the end of the day, all of the trees had been pruned, all of the branches and limbs had been removed and chipped, and leaves that had fallen on the grass were removed. Before the crew left, I was advised on what to expect regarding the new growth the trees would be showing and when I should have the trees pruned again.
Description of Work: Pruning of 13 Thunder Cloud plum trees. Removal of all trimmed limbs, branches etc from site and clean up.
