Description of Work: Cut large fallen tree into firewood lengths and moved it to the side of the driveway. Also chipped the small branches and moved the large log segments that had rolled down the hill to the driveway. Results were just as agreed upon.

Description of Work: Top Arborvitae to approx.10-12' and shear the sides. Also prune all my fruit trees.

Description of Work: They gave me the best of three quotes to have stumps ground on our property. |They did even try to come ahead of time to grind the stumps but my wife told them to come back on the scheduled day because I was not home. |They came on time asked a few questions and did exactly what was promised. |At one point the equipment overheated and needed a cool down period. When he resumed grinding he got every stump left on our property. |Thank you Cascade Tree Works for a job well done! |I would recommend Cascade Tree Works to friends and family alike.

Description of Work: Trimmed 2 trees in front of the house. They did an excellent job and even helped me with some minor cleanup which was not directly part of the job. Use this company!

Description of Work: Greg came out and spent a lot of time with me going around the property and discussing work to be done. I needed to remove a maple tree destroyed during a wind storm; a juniper tree that was too close to my house and another large tree that had some rot and could possibly fall on it's own. I thought the quote was reasonable. . Due to several recent wind storms all the tree services were swamped, so the time frame to get started was excessive. | | Two months later on the scheduled start day the crew showed up on time and got right to work. The trees were taken down with no damage to my house or landscape. The cleanup was very good. One slight negative point was that I had arranged for one stump to be ground down and was surprised that that particular worker/machine wouldn't arrive until several days later. Once here he did a good and speedy job. | | I was really pleased that Cascade allowed me to make some adjustments to the work plan after I had signed the work order. I plan to use them again for some pruning work even though Greg said I've been doing a good job on my fruit trees.

Description of Work: They were a little late, but when they arrived went right to work. |They did a great job pruning back 2 of my Maple trees. I was impressed how quickly they finished and did a very thorough clean up.

Description of Work: Trimmed up large tree out front, trimmed /narrowed 3 large Red Sunset Maples on the side yard and removed 2 medium sized cypress trees in the back. Cascade Treet Works did a great job. Everyone at Cascade Tree Works were extremely professional and knowledgable.

Description of Work: The crew trimmed my fir trees and cut down some small trees I did not want. They chipped and removed the debris. I was pleased with their work and would hire them again, if needed.

Description of Work: Removed 25 yr old dead Silk tree, ground stump. Narrowed & trimmed up 22 yr old Sunset Maple. Ground stump of 20 yr old bush I cut down. They subbed out Stump grinding - also pleased with them. I would definitely use Cascade Tree Works & Portland Stump Grinding again. Proj would have cost me almost $700. I was nervous about trimming up my Maple (neighbor had butchered 1 side) but they told me ahead of time where/what they would cut, had me look at it, then I had them trim a little more. They cared.

Description of Work: Greg (arborist) did survey of trees on property and made suggestions on actions and suggested priorities in dealing with potential problems. Provided a menu of services and costs for the recommended actions. Follow-up was prompt, but no pressure. When we had chosen where to apply the $400 of credit, we contacted Cascade and they quickly scheduled a visit. Due to other conflicts, the team did not show up on the scheduled day, but our work order was promptly rescheduled and went off without a hitch. The team did an excellent job including clean-up and careful felling of two large Birch trees with no damage to adjoining trees. Very pleased with the service overall and would recommend them to others.

Description of Work: Cut down 7 branches from alder/cherry trees. Cut up firewood diameter sized wood into fireplace lengths, and chipped/removed the smaller branches. Did a very good job, but their final cleanup wasn't quite as good as expected. They blew off the smaller branches and sawdust from the pavement, and that looked good. But when my wife checked out the ditch across from our driveway, she found out they had blown the debris into the ditch, which she then had to clean out on her own.

Description of Work: pruned laurels and cut down birch tree. The stump grinder showed up a couple of days later to finish, but all-around good deal from good folks.
