James did our pre purchase home inspection. We could not have found a more thorough, experienced, quality individual! James inspected and documented (with clear photos and concise information) every aspect/area to determine if home had good bones, plumbing, electrical and if the roof was sound. As a home buyer, I truly appreciate knowing the quirks of our future home…thank you James! Great guy😉Highly recommend…

I did hire this pro for a new home purchase inspection. He called me immediately and was willing to show up on a weekend as needed to accommodate our busy work schedule. I have not yet done work with him, but his prices seem fair and he seems quite knowledgeable. I will update one service is completed.

Very very professional & showed up on time.
He didn't rush the job at all and even stayed pass his quoted time and didn't charge us extra.
We are extremely happy with his service.

James was very thorough and discussed all of his findings with me. He also emailed me a 50 page detailed inspection report. He was much more reasonable than the inspector my realtor recommended. I am very happy with this company and would use them again.
