We were so happy working with Cascade, from the initial design to the finished product. They were so professional and nice, answered all our questions and met and surpassed all our needs. The project was finished ahead of time and a big shout out to Michael, Tavis, Kyle, Levi, Jason and Tobias. We would highly recommend this company!

Tobias from Cascade Fence & Deck built a fence & gate for us today. He did a great job. He was professional, courteous & experienced. Mike sold the work and designed it. He was very patient with all of my questions! Cascade Fence & Deck is a top notch company and I would hire them again.

EVERY SINGLE PERSON I talked to has been phenomenal throughout the process of getting my fence repaired. From my initial conversation with Kate H, Kurt J. that provided the estimates we asked for, Blake who was the project manager, to Tobias and Johny who was our installers/repair people... we couldn't have been more impressed. Tobias and Johny did everything they could to ensure it was even better than our expectations. They even made friends with our dog that is scared of new people! She was running laps around them by the time they were finished! There isn't any way I'm using anyone else, unless the team at Cascade hit the big lottery and retire. Worked with Cascade Fence and Deck to rebuild a pergola on our side porch. Great communication throughout the planning process. Started by sending a little video in. Kory and David came out a couple of times to take a look at the job site and discuss the build. They put together an impressively detailed rendering of the structure to be built, and adjusted it based on our feedback. Their quote was competitive - enough that we added aluminum handrails on our front stairs to the project. Mike and his crew arrived on the date the project was set to start. They were professional, organized, efficient, and kept a very clean work site. We appreciated their attention to detail carefully removing beams that were improperly affixed to the side of our house and placing blocking to properly install brackets for the new beams. They did a great job putting up the new structure and restoring the siding of our home, and left a very light touch on the fragile shale porch tiling and our yard. Excited to get the structure stained/sealed and the siding painted when we get a few dry days here in rainy Tacoma. Absolutely recommend Cascade and we would certainly work with them again if we need any similar work done.

Very professional and punctual from the rep that came out to take my measurements to the installers that came to install the fence. Would absolutely use cascade again in the future and recommend them to friends. There was a bit of confusion when it came down to the exact measurements for the fence but that was more my fault than cascades. Make sure you double check the contract you sign. Tyler, Corey, and Jason were the main crew that came out. They always gave me a heads up when they were planning on showing up to start and notified me when they were done for the day. Corey even came to put in some hours on a Sunday when they fell behind schedule with other jobs.

Cascade Deck and Fence just completed the replacement of my side and front decks. Cascade Deck and Fence exceeded my expectations! I could not be happier. The entire process from design to completion was very easy. The decking materials are beautiful. I definitely will recommend them to all my friends. Nick was very patient during the design process. The 3d renderings were fabulous. I believe that it was a critical tool for me to make my final decisions on the design. Jake, Matt, Garret and the all the other men that worked on the demolition through the final installation were incredibly efficient, respectful and professional. I had total confidence in Matt. He kept me well informed and let me know when he required my input.

Corey and Tyler were an amazing crew! Couldn't ask for a better fence. I'm very pleased with their clear communication about every step/option that came up during the building process. I had Cascade recommended to my by StraightLine Exteriors and they did not disappoint. Seth and Fry went above and beyond to build two beautiful decks to my specifications. They did beautiful decorative accents and fabricated a gate for the landing. They were on time every day and worked tirelessly. Very satisfied!

Cascade Fence and deck just completed our beautiful deck and deck cover. Tavis worked with us to develop the perfect design and fulfill our needs. The crew of Matt and Miguel showed up bright and early and worked hard until dark (I don’t think that they even took breaks!). At each stage of competition, Matt kept checking with us to make sure everything was going as planned. They used only the best, high quality materials. Matt and Miguel were very friendly and professional; we are going to miss them! Cascade also has access to other specialists, such as electricians, to incorporate other features into our project. The final deck and cover turned out even better than we expected; it is gorgeous! Highly recommend!

Cascade recently completed our dream deck building project, and I write to highly recommend them. They delivered just as promised, and worked with me throughout the process to design, modify, and complete the project. The initial communication was smooth and clear, and I had a very good understanding of what to expect before signing the contract. They provided helpful suggestions, answered all my questions, and offered a variety of options to make sure we would be satisfied. The construction crew--Cody and Omar--were exceptional. They clearly communicated every day about what to expect, and kept me updated throughout the process. They were professional, expedient, and clearly skilled. They were happy to modify some part of the deck during the building phase. We were completely satisfied with the completed project. It was a pretty large deck--33 ft. by 12 ft.--and it looks stunning. We could not be happier. Lastly, we believe that Cascade offered fair pricing, and it was surely worth it.

We highly recommend Cascade Deck and Fence! David, Frank and Rylan were very professional and put in the extra effort to stay late and complete the railings job in one day. The communication, from requesting a bid to the end process, was excellent. We were kept up to date on the date for installation by David, our project manager, and the sales and accounting teams were always timely with their email and text communications.

Cascade Deck and Fence does absolutley beautiful work. They have installed a wrap around deck in front of our house, as well as a beautiful mult-tiered fence in back yard. Cascade is extremely professional; they give you a 3-D design, a detailed estimate, and there final product is beautiful and elegant. I was very impressed from the beginning. Leif the owner came out and did the original estimate and had plans for me within two days, which made submitting them to my HOA a breeze. Install was a week earlier than excepted, which was amazing. David and his crew were amazing and fast! Deck install was completed in under two full days. Amazing! Super professional and personable. We chose Cascade for our deck replacement because we were so happy with the job they’d done on our fence. They didn’t disappoint! David and Duane, who built our deck, were wonderful. They worked so hard, rain or shine. In addition to demolishing our rickety old wooden deck built by a previous owner, they had to dig a great deal to place the new deck’s supports securely in the ground (rather than just on top of it like the old one’s). When they ran across a root from one of our trees, they were very careful and communicated with us immediately. They worked with us to figure out how to alter the plans to spare the root and get us the deck we wanted. When we had an aesthetic question about how to deal with an obstacle and suggested a compromise, they instead chose the most work-intensive solution to make it perfect! Whenever something unexpected came up (like vents we didn’t know were there until the demolition) they had the expertise and experience to suggest a solution and carry it through. David and Duane were meticulous in all the measuring and leveling, so the new deck is absolutely beautiful and right where it ought to be. We went for steel framing and are very happy with the look of it, which definitely enhances the appearance of the house. It looks and feels very solid, and we know it’s going to stay that way!

Very smooth workmen. TOBIAS and SETH tore out our 22-year old wood deck, and built a lovely new deck of a composit material that will save us hours of scrubbing and staining. They worked until dark to complete the job on a timely schedule; left the area clean of all debris. Will use them again on future projects.
