 + -1 moreCalled them the day I discovered overflow, and they scheduled to come out following day. Plumber was on time. Did not know not to park in front of neighbor's driveway, and I had to convince him to move his truck. He was polite and assessed the drain situation quickly. Did the work properly. I now know a drain which I had been told (by two other plumbers) was non-functioning could actually flood my basement!
Description of Work: Cleared basement drain to sewer line.

 + -1 moreI REPLACED ONE TOILET MYSELF, AND THEY SAID THAT THE SECOND TOILET NEEDED A NEW SUMP PUMP. THEY ALSO WILL NOT HONOR THE 5 YEAR WARRANTY ON THE SUMP PUMP. I HAVE MADE SEVERAL CALLS TO GET THIS SITUATION FIXED, AND NO ONE HAS CALLED ME BACK. I WOULD NOT HIRE THEM IN THE FUTURE, OR RECOMMEND THEM TO ANYONE. I WAITED FOR SOMEONE TO CALL ME BACK WITH INFORMATION ON THE INVOICES.

 + -1 moreTHEY PUT ON SLIPPERS WHEN THEY CAME IN MY HOUSE. THEY WERE VERY KIND AND DID THEIR WORK SWIFTLY. I FELT THEY WERE TRYING TO GET IN AND OUT AS QUICKLY AS POSSIBLE, BUT THEY STILL DID A GOOD JOB. THEY GAVE A SET PRICE, REGARDLESS OF THE TIME IT TOOK.
