The project started 1 week before we were told it would which was great because we were anxious to get it done. We have 4 inside cats that we knew would be "freaked out" by the whole process and we wanted it done as quickly as possible. The crew was on time and did a thorough job. They made sure on a daily basis to pick up scraps of old roofing and staples off the ground. They were very careful not to throw roofing material directly on our plants. Our roof has a very steep pitch and we were amazed at the roofers abilities. Though they did a great job on the roof, there are some black marks that we can't get off of our siding where they tossed the old roofing to the garbage bin. We are in the process of speaking to the owner about this. Great experience! We think Brisco Roofing did an outstanding job and would recommend them highly.

Prompt responses to requests for information, work was completed on the agreed date.

Everything went better than I hoped for. Dave Brisco came out on the evening we called him and gave us an estimate. He said it might take a week before he had a crew available. The next afternoon two of his men called and said they had finished another project early and would be able to get started on ours that day. They started replacing some of the old roof peak cap and discovered that it should all be done over because the old shingles were breaking up. They recommended a new product that was slightly more expensive but would last longer. We told them to go ahead. They came back the next day and completed the job. They had also discovered that the old roof vent shroud was cracked and should be replaced. They didn't have one in their truck so they would tell Dave. Two days later Dave showed up and installed the new shround himself. I can't say enough about their professionalism, their communication and their service. They exceeded our greatest expectations. And best of all, they stayed within our budget!

He did not like the design of the roof where much water was flowing through that corner. He came with a simple design to divert much of the water away from that corner and thought that would be a cheaper alternative to do full repair. And that has worked for now.

Agreed on price ad time frame was not at home when job was done. They did a great job and cleaned up their mess. Good job!

Can, imagine it oing any smoother. They even added a 1 foot over hang where the original roofer should have installed one.

Dave Brisco, and his crew were great. They are local to Clark County, were professional, punctual and cleaned up the work area.I would recommend them and I would use them again.

Everything went fine and I like their price.

During a winter wind storm a branch punctured my roof leaving a hole about 6 or 7 inches across. I didn't realize the problem until almost 2 weeks later when the sheet rock started to sag, the paint bubbled and water started dripping through. I called Dave Brisco on Saturday evening to see if he could patch it. He was on his way out and asked if he could come first thing Sunday morning. He arrived as promised at 8am on Sunday morning and patched the hole. He also gave me an estimate to complete a permanent repair. After my insurance company approved the repair cost, I called Dave and told him to just fit the work into his schedule and not to rush as the patch was holding. He came the next day. He replaced the section of plywood and put in new shingles. Dave then repaired a hole about the same size from 5 years ago that was improperly repaired by a previous roofer. He did not charge me for the second repair even after I called to specifically offer. I would definitely call Brisco Roofing again and have already recommended him to my neighbors. He responded to telephone calls quickly, did what he said he would do (well, he actually did more), and billed me exactly what his estimate was.

His recommendations were followed and the issue has resolved.

Even though he had a busy schedule, Dave & his crew of one had the materials shipped the same day of receiving my down payment. He had the job done in two days, despite some rainy weather. Both he & his worker were very professional & courteous. (My daughters even said - he's a nice guy! Big compliment from teenagers. ; ) Dave worked with our payment methods (out-of-state checks), and did not let that deter his schedule. His cleanup after the job was wonderful. Very important. He also honored the Angie's List coupon. He made it a stress-free job, and was very kind to our family. I'm sure our new roof will withstand the high winds that have caused damage in the past. They were extremely professional. They were very prompt, called when they said they would, showed up when they said they would. They cleaned up every scrap of material. They are the best contractor we have ever worked with. I would highly recommend them to anyone and re-hire them in the future if ever needed.
