Good! It was pretty substantial, it was $7,000. It was very high quality and professional.

It has been raining so we are waiting for better weather for installation. We called and they came really quick to give a bid. They came recommended from another contractor.

Super. I called them early in the morning and they were here in about an hour and a half. Diagnosed, quoted, the next the next day for a fair price. What a pleasure to work with!

I sent a request for estimate via their website on Friday. Dave came out on Tuesday took a look and sent me an estimate that afternoon. I approved the estimate, and the work was completed by Wednesday morning. I am very happy with how efficiently this was handled, I will be using Briscoe for all future roof related issues.

Upon acceptance of estimate, crew showed up the next morning and completed the work.

The company came out quick to ***** the damages and repairs. Their first task was to repair the roof which they came and did on their own. The job was fast and well done. No more leaks! Excellent work! What changed my view was their gutter repairman. The repairman came by unannounced/unscheduled when my wife was just about to go to bed after working her night shift. He had asked if we clear our city street so he could park or so he could block our shared driveway. We were never notified of this so he was told no, we cannot move all the cars on the street because they aren't ours. Nor can we block our driveway because it's shared and this was unannounced. The repairman left without telling so we called to reschedule. Dave was apologetic on the phone and thought the job was scheduled which it wasn't. We set an appropriate time and the work was done. The gutter replacement was done well however they did not install a downspout where we first discussed so I called again to have the job corrected. The same repairman came out and had an attitude. The job took 10 minutes to complete and he said "you'll be seeing a bill for this." Very unprofessional and rude. Overall Dave was good to work with, however his gutter repair man was not. There must have been some communication breakdown in the gutter job. The job, when completed, was done to our satisfaction.

We had been trying for weeks to have a roofer look at our roof as had an emergency repair in December. Due to the time of year and weather, we were unable to locate someone to come to even look at it. In February, the leak opened in two places damaging the ceiling and wall. I located Brisco on Angie's List. They came a day later than they had scheduled, but once they came, they followed thru and so far the roof isn't leaking. Lloyd was professional and a good communicator. When you only have a repair, there is no warranty (any roofing company we discovered). Because of the long waiting list and that our roof is a torch down, they were unable to offer us a new roof. They kept in contact with us, provided us with accurate information and follow thru. Hopefully the repair will last until we are able to put on a new roof. I would recommend Brisco .

I originally called asking about having a single roof shingle replaced. I was told there was a $150 minimum so I asked about a roof cleaning as well. I was told someone would call me the next day. No one ever called but two days later I got an email with a quote saying they would be at my house to clean my roof Monday and replace the shingle. The quote was for $165. I emailed twice asking about what would be done, when, and trying to make sure the roof was not pressure washed. After not hearing back I called on Monday and was told someone would be there at 9:30am to clean my roof and replace the shingle. At 9:45am I got an email with an invoice for a roof cleaning and shingle replacement. That means they spend less than 15 minutes working on my roof according to the timeline provided. I came home and the roof wasn't cleaned well at all. I called to complain and someone showed up to clean my roof again. Again it was not well cleaned. I had them come back a third time, it was done with at least some care this time, but again the roof still had a lot of moss on it. I emailed them and asked for a discount or waiver on the price because I was not happy with the work provided and did not want them to come out a fourth time. I was told I only paid for a shingle replacement and that the "light cleaning" was basically a favor. I was told the treatment put on the ridge of the roof would kill the rest of the moss over the next few months. I was NOT quoted for a "light cleaning". I've have the estimate and invoice stating "clean and treat roofing and replace shingle". It does not say light cleaning. No one at the company ever said a light cleaning. Basically the work done was not done well (they admit it was a "light cleaning" whatever that means), the shingle replaced does not match the other shingles on my house, and the communication was horrible. The only person who responded to any calls or emails was the office manager. I appreciate that she responded to emails but overall I was very frustrated with the lack of communication throughout the process.

I haven't had the work started yet, but Dave was very accommodating with my busy schedule and was direct and to the point. He didn't have a big sales pitch, he told me what was going on and gave me options. I asked for a quote for both a roof fix and a whole roof replacement with comparable roofing materials as is on the roof now. He got a quote back to me that afternoon that was very reasonable and I look forward to doing business with him. I will have to update the review once the work has been performed.

I lost roof shingles in this last storm, and had water intrusion in my kitchen ceiling. The owner, Dave Brisco, immediately came to my house to give an estimate, and sent someone to repair the damage as soon as the recent ice storms abated and made repair possible. The price was very fair, the workers were polite, professional, and knew what to look for in assessing the cause of the leak. Brisco Roofing also repaired my roof 2 years ago after another severe storm. When it's time to replace my roof, this is the company I trust for the job.

It went well- I called Monday, Tuesday morning, somebody called to come over-- they got there, replaced the vent boots in 15 or so minutes and all is well. I'm in the process of selling the home and this was an issue discovered during inspection. I was pleased to have them be able to complete the work on their first visit out to the house and without having to go anywhere or order supplies, etc. Fast, easy and they did a great job.

We have a seven year old roof that had developed a small leak. With all the rain lately, most roofing companies I called were too busy to come out and look at it. I called on Friday and the receptionist said they were very busy, too, but would try to get someone out to look at it that day, if they possibly could. If not, it would be the first part of next week and that they would call first so they could see where the water was coming in through the ceiling. At 8:30 on Saturday morning, we got a call from the owner who was working nearby and asked if he could come and check on it. He was able to show my husband what the problem was and explain to him how to fix it--something minor with the way the flashing around the chimney was put it. He would have fixed it but was so generous in showing my husband how to do it and so, no charge. He was so nice and so professional, if we ever need anything done to the roof, he will certainly be the one we will call. We love working with locally owned companies.

They came out and did an estimate in a timely manner and answered all of the questions which we asked. We scheduled an appointment within 2-3 days of the estimate and they told us they were 6 weeks out on scheduled work but would try to get to us sooner if they could. They ended up being 2 weeks earlier then mentioned. They had 2 guys for our job and they were friendly and helpful answering all our questions. The roof removal and repairs and the cost was less then what was expected after other quotes we got. They completed the roof in a day and several hours the next to do the finishing touches. They removed our old faded skylight with a nice framed one 2 days later once it had been custom made. They did a very thorough job of cleaning up and making extra sure to pick up any nails or staples that had fallen on the ground. I was amazed at the overall cost and would gladly use their service again.

Excellent value -- good products and labor for a fair price. Completed job in one day. The level of personalized service provided by Mr. Brisco is commendable. Would not hesitate to use again or recommend to neighbors and friends.

GREAT! Dave showed up on time to give quote. I did have two other quotes. Used Brisco Roofing because I felt comfortable working with him and my dog liked him. The roofers showed up on time, worked really hard and very professional. The service was over and above than expected! I will use Brisco Roofing again.

They did a good job. We were very happy with them. They did everything the way that we had ordered. They were very professional.

Briscoe Roofing Co. tore off my old roof and re-installed a new one in two days. About 8 workers showed up in the AM and tore off two layers of old roof. They replaced around 6-7 sheets of damaged plywood, put down paper, and were gone by 3pm. They were back promptly at 8 am the next morning, and had the new shingles installed by 4 o'clock. They also installed all new roof jacks, vents, and flashing. The quality of workmanship is incredible, and they cleaned up around the house as if they were never there. The workers were a no-nonsense bunch of guys who just put their heads down and worked hard. Dave Briscoe was easy to work with, and there were no hidden costs at all. He did exactly what he said he would do and more. Him and his employees should be commended for their hard work, honesty, and pride in workmanship. I would definitely recommend them and use them again.

Brisco is a very professional roofing company. The owner, Dave Brisco, came out to give us an estimate. He told us that he would email the estimate by the next morning. We had the estimate in hand early the next morning. Our roof had major damage from the December 2014 wind storm. We were afraid there might be some leakage before the new roof was put on. Dave came out and put temporary patches where there might be leakage. I was very happy to learn that I would be able to select the color of shingles. The right color really enhances the look of the house. The crew is works very efficiently. On a Friday our shingles were delivered. The roofing crew showed up and waited until the delivery truck left. The roofers got started a little after 12noon and were done by 5:00pm. The following Tuesday, new gutters and downspouts were installed. That crew took only two hours. I am very happy with the professionalism of Brisco.

Better than expected. They had a lot of houses to cover in a very short time, so without asking, they decided to work on their day off and get the job done several days early.

I obtained three estimates before committing to Brisco Roofing. One estimate was $11,000.00. Bisco and the other company were nearly identical on their quotes. I chose Brisco and was glad that I did. Dave Brisco was professional in every respect. He committed his staff and completed the job in under two days. I would not hesitate to recommend.
