Description of Work: They installed a new roof on a rental duplex. All went well. They were on time and did a good job. Their price was within the range of other quotes.

Description of Work: When approximate schedule was made it was moved up due to a mild winter. They were on time, professional and communicated with us well. We are happy with the results and the process we went through. When the estimate was done we were very pleased as the job was explained and communicated to us. There was no deviation from what was said and the completed project.

Description of Work: Replaced roof. They were professional, courteous, and hard workers. They answered any questions I had and otherwise, they went to work without interruptions or delays. I was very pleased. The owner stopped by afterwards to check on the work, give me all the paperwork (including the warranty), and check with me to see if I had any questions or complaints.

Description of Work: They installed a new roof on house and shed plus a new skylight and solar tube. The workers were prompt. They must not have done a shed before because they pulled the roof completely off and realized it held the shed together. It almost collapsed but they got if figured out. After my house roof was installed the flashing did not connect to the gutters and no one said anything. I noticed it when the owner came to get his final check. He spent 30 minutes pulling the flashing down more. My concern is what did that expose under the roofing tiles? The previous flashing was larger and covered the edge of the roof board AND was long enough to come meet the gutter. They had to have noticed that when they removed it. Only time will tell and I think we won't know the long term effects until after the warranty runs out. I would have rather the owner say, we need to replace the flashing. I would have paid him and trusted him to make it right in the following week sometime. The owner vaguely went over the warranty after he adjusted the flashing but seemed more interested in getting his check and leaving. We have not heard from him to even to check to see if everything is ok since we have had a lot of rain and frost. Again, only time will tell. Angie's list will hear from me again in the spring if we notice issues.

Description of Work: We cannot say enough about the wonderful job Brisco Roofing did on our roof. They tore off the old roof (two layers) and put on a beautiful new roof. The crew was professional, respectful, and really worked as a team. They even worked all day on the 4th of July to get the job done!! We have a lot of landscaping around the house and they managed to protect everything. We would recommend Brisco Roofing to anyone who needs the job done right!!

Description of Work: Inspection of the roof which had loose shingles. The owner of the company came promptly the same day and went on the roof and inspected it and said the shingles were not properly nailed and were slipping . He called one of his workers who came the same day and went on the roof and nailed the shingles . It took him less than an hour. The bill was 350 dollars plus tax. They were very prompt and courteous but it seems the price may have been too high.

Description of Work: Dave arrived on time and seemed knowledgable. I felt his quote was reasonable and they came the next day to complete the job. The weather has turned dry so I will have to wait until it rains again to make sure the repair was successful.

Description of Work: Dave's was one of three bids I solicited to repair or replace my leaking roof. His bid was pofessionally done and very competitive. We chose to go with his recommendation that we replace the roof, rather than attempt a repair that might not do the job. His crew was very professional, and the job was completed on time. The only issue I have is that I'm still picking up nails that turn up in the yard from time to time. I don't know whether that's a common problem with roof tear offs, as I've never had that done before.
