It didn't.
Description of Work: I made an appointment with them to replace some glass at my home. They told me they would come on that date and call me when they were headed over. After sitting around the house for 4 hours I called to get an eta and they had no record of making an appointment with me. Now I'm back to looking for a glazier and probably waiting another week or two to get a window repaired. Todd Foster

Description of Work: Replaced on 24" x 48" pane of glass. Price seemed high, but had trouble finding anyone else to do the job. He did a good job. I had to call three times before I got an initial response from him.

We had to have everything they did redone. I expected quality work Didn't get that at all. I did talk with the owner who sent someone out. However he never gave me a follow up call.
