Valerie and Robert are the owners. Both are great to work with for quotes and scheduling (Val) and Robert is the hands on tech wizard! Job was scheduled quick and for a very fair price. It was a pleasure working with them on our new water heater installation!

Excellent service. Robert showed up on time. Very friendly. He explained what he had to do the clear my kitchen drain. It took about 45 min to 1 hour. I will recommend the company to anyone. The price was very reasonable, I even got a 10% discount for being a senior citizen.

Big Val's was the best! We wanted our old home with its 5 different pipe materials repiped and a new water heater to better serve us and our Airnbnb guests. Considering the needs of our guests, we needed to minimize the time we'd be without service as well. They talked us through a few options very clearly, then knocked out the job over two days. We are impressed by their skill, the quality of their work, and the value for the work done. Highly recommend them!

They are better in every way (I.e. price, efficiency, professionalism, ) than the “big-name” company I had come in before them. Thoroughly impressed!
