Our encounters with Luxury Bath were highly professional. Due to our many questions, Eran Moskovitz, the consultant who came to our house, spent a lot of time with us explaining everything we needed to know. He was very knowledgeable and a pleasure to work with. When we visited the showroom, the owner, Duane Underwood, spent time with us and provided his expert, honest advice and opinion. He really cares. One rarely encounters such personalized service. We have talked to a few other companies, but none of the others came through the way Luxury Bath did. They made a great impression and we felt very comfortable with what they offered. Due to reasons that have nothing to do with what we learned or experienced, we had to postpone the actual implementation. But when we decide that we will be ready to have the work done, Luxury Bath will be the company we will go back to. It is not surprising that they got so many rewards and great reviews over the years. If you have any work to be done which they can do, you will be lucky and happy that you found them. Highly recommended.

Spoke with Duane about removing the existing small shower and update it. Duane was very easy to work with and showed up for his appointment early. He discussed all available options and spent as much time as needed so I could understand what I might be getting into. We signed up to get the shower replaced; however, after much thought and possibly going to a wheelchair down the road it made sense to enlarge the shower instead so I, unfortunately, decided to cancel the contract within the 3-day right of rescission. Duane was excellent to work with and his pricing seemed reasonable along with the time frame to remodel the bathroom. I would not hesitate to do business with this company.

Replaced with a brand new walk in shower. It’s beautiful and I am in awe. They were fast and efficient with their work. I highly recommend them. The staff was very helpful throughout the entire process.

Luxury Bath installed a beautiful walk in shower to replace our old fiberglass tub/shower. From start to finish Duane was communicative, helpful, and easy to work with. The installer was efficient, tidy, friendly, and meticulous. Not only did I end up with a gorgeous and easy to clean shower, but I was charged exactly what I was told I would be charged. Highly recommend!

Meeting up with Duane, owner extraordinaire of Luxury Bath became the catalyst of a remarkable master bath remodel. We arrived at the Oregon Convention Center Remodeling Show hoping to receive some much needed inspiration and advice for a shower remodel, made appointments with several contractors and then stopped by the Luxury Bath booth and visited with Duane, lucky us. Impressed with his knowledge, honesty and enthusiasm we stayed and he patiently answered all of our questions as we had fallen in love with the full shower display of the silver streak travertine natural stone and the brushed nickel hardware. Further impressed with his professionalism and the gut level feeling we were dealing with the right contractor for our job, we canceled our appointments with the others and booked an appointment to see his custom display shop and ask more questions. Both Duane and his equally talented partner Kim, met with us and walked us through various options and time tables and we scheduled a home visit. We were even offered a sample of the stone to take with us for further coordinating of elements for the bathroom remodel. Duane arrived promptly for this appointment as well as for every appointment going forward with the installation. Once the contract was signed, Duane stayed in constant contact with us, updating us on arrival of materials and expected dates for the installation to occur. Every step of the process was presented clearly and completely making us feel very much part of the team. Installation day started on time with his crew of Camry and Ben leading the way. Our floors and stairs, walls and points of entry to the bathroom were all padded or covered to prevent any damage. This excellent team remained professional and hard working from start to finish, courteous and respectful and a pleasure to have in our home. At the end of each work day the job site was always left clean and organized. Duane and Kim obviously have high standards in hiring for their team. Duane was on site everyday and available to his crew when needed. When our existing shower floor proved to be not level, Duane worked with Camry and Ben to problem solve this issue, and well as a few other kinks in the process, because he also has high standards for every Luxury Bath project. The installation of the heavy stone panels required expert measuring, cutting and fitting, thank you Duane for your skills and talent in leading your crew to a successful completion. Our luxury dream shower is magnificent and we have received so many rave reviews from family and friends. Thus we thought it was time to take a break from the rest of the full bathroom remodel, (thanks Duane, see what you started!!!!) and give you a top ten star review. Working with a small local company that provides excellence in customer service, knowledge and workmanship and well as just being nice honest people was the way we chose to remodel. Installation was as promised, timely, there was a problem after the job was finished and Luxury bath responded quickly and completely took care of the problem. Just the kind of service I want if there is a problem. We are very happy with our new tub and surround area. Beautiful work.

Went more than expected we are very pleased

Everything was super. We are caring for our 101 year old dad and were worried about being without his bathroom, but they did and awesome job! Timely and wonderful result. We only had a day and a half without our bathroom and we had total toilet use in the evenings and mornings. This was a super painless experience.

Very professional company, all staff were very easy to work with from beginning to end. Install went so smoothly, Duane, Camry and Ben were very knowledgeable and had the install done in less than 2 days. I was impressed by how well the team worked together and left my new bathroom beautiful and clean. Highly recommend this company.

Duane Underwood and crew did a great job. They arrived on time and completed the job a day sooner than expected.

We met Duane at the Home and Garden show at the Clark County Fairground. Within a week we had a appointment and Duane explained the process of replacing our master bathroom from start to finish. which he then allowed us to think about it never pressuring us into making a commitment today or "lose the deal". As promised Duane and his crew came in and did their magic. A day and a half later we had a beautiful walk in shower.(Love it!) Not only did they work fast they managed to keep their impact to a minimum, always cleaning up after themselves. Since the job has been completed I have had a few questions, Duane has returned my calls promptly and completely satisfied my concerns. We would highly recommend Luxury BathNW. It has turned out to be all the Duane had promised.

Product is good. Workers were prompt, hard working, informative, and friendly. They cleaned up their workspace when done. If they needed information from us, such as where to place the grabbars, they asked (didn't just assume) and advised as requested.

Fine job except a curtain rod was installed too high. The company compensated, for the mistake, by paying for new shower curtains and unexpected over compensation for the error, They further came back for some minor cosmetic work. Things turned out fine. Highly recommended for honesty and the very good work they do.

The team that worked on my home did a fantastic job. Dan, Duane and Camry were professional and careful every step of the way. I really appreciated Dan's communication and honest advice. I would hire them again for future projects. They made sure everything was done correctly the first time.

Duane Underwood , the Design Consultant , explained everything to us , he didn't try to hard sell at all, he was right up front on the cost of the choices we were making. I called with a couple of questions before the job started & had no trouble reaching him (good job Duane) If we hear of anyone needing this type of work done we will absolutely recommend LUXURY BATH THANK YOU GUYS The work started on Monday morning as scheduled , we were told it would take 2 days . Shane who did the install had everything done on Tuesday early afternoon. Shane did an excellent job , everything was cleaned up and he hauled all the debris. Thank You Shane

It went very well. Dan, Shane and Duane were all very informative, professional and responsive. We met with Dan during the design phase, and his advice and experience made the process easy. Shane came in to do the installation, and we appreciate all of his hard work and attention to detail. He ran up and down our stairs all day long to measure, fit and install. I had originally insisted on ordering opaque rain shower doors which I ended up not liking once they were installed, and they offered to swap them out for clear glass doors. Duane explained that he wanted to make sure I was completely satisfied with our purchase and selection. The end result turned out even better than my expectations. Thank you, Luxury Bath. We will highly recommend you to anyone we know.

We first met Dan at the 2017 Portland Expo Center Home and Garden Show. We were very much impressed by the quality of the product . The installer Shane was excellent in his installation and very personable. Working with Dan and Shane was a pleasure.

Smoothly The installer, Shane, was efficient and clean. He was polite and very good at what he did.

Love the new shower. There were a few communications problems but at the end everything was completed.
