Fantastic. Anthony and his crew did exceptional work and our floors look brand new. I highly recommend Banzai!

We're getting estimates for hardwood flooring from several companies for a house we've just bought. We called and left messages three times with no call back. With the fourth call, we finally set up a date for him to come measure the rooms for an estimate. Unfortunately, we had to cancel because we didn't receive the key to the house in time. We reached him on his cell, en route, and made another appointment. He said he'd arrive between 5:30 and 6:30. We waited until 7 p.m., but no show and no call. My husband called the company office and his cell and left messages. No return call, no new appointment. This management of potential customers is unprofessional. I wouldn't recommend his services after this treatment.

THE WORK PERFORMED BY THE GUY AT BANZAI WOOD FLOORING DID A GREAT JOB AT SANDING AND LEVELING OUR UNFINISHED HARDWOOD FLOORS. THE FINISHED PRODUCT WAS JUST BEAUTIFUL. HE USED A SANDER WITH A BIG BAG ON IT TO CATCH THE DUST HOWEVER IN THE END THERE WAS STILL SAND DUST EVERYWHERE AND IT TOOK FOREVER TO CLEAN UP.

I WOULD NOT HESITATE TO USE THEM AGAIN. IF I NEED ANY MAINTENANCE DONE TO MY EXISTING HARDWOOD FLOORS, I WILL SURELY USE THEN. IN FUTURE PROJECTS, IF I INSTALL HARDWOOD, THEY WILL BE THE ONES I USE.
