Came in and went right to work. knew the problem and had it resolved in less than an half hour. Charged minimum service charge. Very polite.

Excellent. Gave us advice first to make sure it wasn't something we could fix ourselves. Then worked around out timeline and was able to come out and fix the problem quickly.

No happy that he gave me incorrect information for a stove that cost nearly 8K . If he wasn't familiar with the appliance he simply should have made that clear before giving me incorrect information and causing unnecessary confusion.

He was a little late, but called to let me know. he diagnosed the problem and brought the part back today and replaced it. He was very efficient. He cleaned up during and after the job. A bit spendy, but the largest portion of the bill was the part. I think the labor was very reasonable. I will definitely call them again when I need appliance repair or installation

Our bottom freezer refrigerator had water freezing in it resulting in a solid sheet of ice along the bottom or the freezer. Mr. Banceu responded within 24 hours to my email message. He worked with me to find a convenient time for his visit and arrived promptly on the day and time. He immediately went to work and quickly discovered the problem. He clearly and concisely explained that problem to me and fixed the issue. This was completed in less than 30 minutes. When finished he printed out a detailed receipt for the work done. I really appreciated his professionalism and the fact that he left the area neat and tidy. I will definitely keep his information and use him in the future should the need arise.

George showed up on time and spent about 1 hour replacing a thermostat, repairing a door ice delivery switch, and generally checking all of the other systems in the unit. He was totally knowledgeable, professional, efficient and courteous. We will definitely call upon his services again with any of our appliances! He fixed the problem and did so less expensively than the Sears folks would.

I discovered a water leak beneath my washing machine, went thru the LC Washing machine trouble shooting protocol and the leak still persisted. I called George, explain the problem, he scheduled an inspection on Wednesday afternoon and arrived as stated. He inspected the washing machine and located the problem within 10 minutes. It was a leaking hot water intake valve. He queried his smart phone to determine the cost of the replacement part and then scheduled to install new part the following morning at 8 AM. George arrived and installed part, checked the machine for any other problems and then submitted me the bill which included the house call, replacement part and labor. Very friendly guy and definitely knew his business. I will use him again for any of my applicant repair needs.

George arrived on time and did a very professional job. He removed the old microwave and hauled it away and installed the new microwave. The job went smoothly and he charged less than the estimate.

I am extremely satisfied. George knew what the problem was from my initial phone call. It was a simple and quick fix. He was in and out in 20 minutes. The service call charge was quite reasonable and the whole bill was under $100. Sears would have charged me over $100 for the service call alone. I will definitely use him again.

I called George Banceu based on the positive reviews I found on Angie's list. The bulb in the light fixture on the underneath side of our over the stove microwave burned out and when we unscrewed the bulb it broke off in the socket. Matters became worse when we tried to remove the broken base of the light bulb from the socket. Frequently microwaves are not cost effective to repair but there was nothing wrong with the microwave itself. I called George on the afternoon of 4/7/15 and left a voicemail. He called me back within a couple of hours and scheduled an appointment for between 11:00 and 11:30 a.m. on Friday the 10th. George arrived on time was neatly dressed and had the problem fixed within 15 - 20 minutes. He was pleasant and professional. $85.00 may seem like a lot to put into a microwave but to replace the entire microwave would have cost $200 for the microwave and another $100 for installation. I think this was money well spent and I can now see to cook on my stove top. I would definitely call this company again if I had an appliance in need of repair and I would recommend George Banceu to family and friends.

Part of the repair included replacing one of the elements and he left for a short while to get it, returning promptly with what he needed and had the oven repaired within an hour of getting the part. He was polite, punctual and took the time to explain exactly what was going on and what the options were after accurately diagnosing the problems. He gives a small discount to Angie's List members. I only gave him one grade down on responsiveness because I had to wait three days but that included a weekend. He's in great demand for a reason.

Fabulous! George showed up a little early based on his projection, got to work, diagnosed the problem, fixed it and was out the door within about 20 minutes. He is a very nice man. I selected him based on his proximity to my home, but would gladly select him again based on his quality work. I have an extended warranty on my dryer and Lowe's had referred another repair agency from Portland. I looked up their reviews on Yelp and Citysearch and was horrified, so just decided to use Banceu's even though I had to pay out of pocket. So now I don't have a hole in my floor, I don't have a flooded kitchen and I DO have a dryer that works like it should. Thank you George!

Contacted George on a Monday evening with the details of the problem. George responded within one-half hour detailing what the problem(s) could be, plus a best estimate of repair costs. Set up a appointment time for Wednesday. George arrived as scheduled, and had a new rpm sensor installed within 20 minutes or so. George was polite and answered questions that I had for him. Would use him again without question.

I am an out of state landlord, working blind. I felt it was professional and reasonably priced. They got the job done right away. They sent me pictures so I know exactly what was done. It was my second time using them and I would use them again.

I was contacted the day after I sent an email request and was scheduled late in the following day for my repair. They showd up a little late but the repair was. done faster than I could fill a basket of dirty laundry to wash. They replaced worn out bearings. Price was decent and service wad excellent.

Came after the end of his work day. Found the problem wasn't the washer but a bad outlet. It only cost me a trip charge. I fixed the outlet and we're good to go!!

Owner showed up on time (had given us a one hour window for when he would arrive and he hit it). The work was done in an timely manner. He was courteous and efficient. He cleaned up after himself and was gone within an hour. The price for the service was reasonable. While the project was not extensive, I am glad he did it (knowing now what he did it would have still taken me a couple of hours... okay, much longer because I didn't know what to do!). I would definitely use their services again... but shouldn't need to for this problem.
