Banceu's Appliance

Very well. Mr. Banceu showed up as scheduled. He was not able to find any real problem with the machine as the noise appears to be off and on and not related to any mechanical parts being worn out.

Came to house to see what was needed then ordered part and returned to replace part. Will use company again.

Very satisfied with the work. Many appliance repair shops won't work on microwave ovens. Banceu's ordered the part I needed and came to my house to install it.

I called Banceu's and left a message and within a very short time George called me back. We talked about what was going on with the washer. I have him the model number and we set an appointment. George was professional and had my washer up and running in a few minutes. I am very pleased with the service and I will be using them again to fix my garage freezer.

I got in touch with them, they got back to me very quickly, they fit me in. The price was good and the work was excellent. There was one person that came to fix the dryer, it took half an hour to complete. I used them once before, I was familiar with how they do things.

Prompt arrival, good price. Gave honest opinion that fridge was not worth the repair since it would have been very expensive. Will definitely use again.

We had a stove that needed repair under a homeowner's warranty. The warranty repair company was "not allowed" to disconnect the venting system underneath the stove. I hired Banceu's to do this part of the job, and was very pleased with the responsiveness, quality, and care they took for even this most simple of jobs, and even when they knew a competitor was doing the main repair. I wish they could have done the whole thing, because George from Banceu's was efficient and instilled a feeling of trust that I didn't get from the warranty repair company.

They got the job done. They were kind of slow to get out here. They were here when they said they would be. They were knowledgeable and able to diagnose the problem quickly, easily, and got it taken care of.

I received a return phone call from George the same day. He was familiar with our brand of refrigerator and diagnosed the problem immediately. His schedule was booked so it was three days before he could come out but he assured me that the accumulation of ice would not damage the freezer. He arrived on time and had the replacement part with him. He completed the job in about 45 minutes. I find him to be pleasant, efficient and knowledgeable. His prices are reasonable. This is the second time he has serviced an appliance for us and we would definitely call him again.

Banceu's Appliance fixed our dryer in no time flat, and they saved my husband from cracking! I email them on Thursday and they came out on Tuesday and fixed the drum bearing and added a new belt, it was all done in less than 1 hour. They were fast, professional and very reasonable in price. I would highly recommend them for anyone who needs fast, professional service.

Our dishwasher wasn't draining properly. I took it apart from the inside to see if I could find a clog or other obvious reason. Unfortunately, after that effort, it still did not drain. We dreaded having to call in a professional because, in the past, the cost to repair our large appliances was as much if not more than the appliance was worth. We even talked about doing our upgrades early because of this, but we still wanted to wait until we did the entire kitchen. Thanks to Angies List, Banceu's Appliance saved us. George was on time and quickly found the clog up the drain line. He was there only about 20 minutes total and we were only charged $91!! I was shocked at how low the cost was, especially for such great service :) I HIGHLY recommend Banceu's Appliance!!! We will call them ANY time we need help with our appliances in the future.

Came in and went right to work. knew the problem and had it resolved in less than an half hour. Charged minimum service charge. Very polite.
