Description of Work: Banceu's came to our home to repair the filtered water system in our fridge. The repairperson identified the problem right away -- frozen line -- and was able to tell me how to easily fix it. Also, he showed me how to replace the air filter, and got the part number so I could order new ones online. Great service - knowledgeable service person, on time, professional. I will use Banceu's again.

Excellent.
Description of Work: Became aware dryer lint was accumulating and thought it should be seen to as I was concerned the filter did not fit. G.Banceu himself, the son, came and was professional, polite, and appropriate. Cleaned out the lint and inspected the filter area. Assured me all was as it was meant to be. Did not try to sell me anything or otherwise impose services I did not want. Important to me: At all times I felt safe to have him in the house.
