They are always very courteous and professional and provide a thorough pest prevention service every quarter. When we started out there was a bit of rodent activity in the crawlspace under our house but now there is none. They also adapted their protocol so they would not spray inside the house due to having parrots in the house.

The tech did a great job. He was very professional in his work and explaining what was doing. The price is very resonable and their quarterly service plan is very affordable.

We never thought we were the type of family to utilize a pest control service. Now that we use Aspen, we wonder how we ever got along without them! Joe and crew are definitely on top of their game. We use a subscription service with them. They always call ahead before servicing. They are so on time, you can set a watch (or your smart phone!) to them. When we first moved to this area, we had a significant issue with wasps, and hobo spiders. This house had been standing empty for some months, allowing insects to move in under the eaves and crawl space. They were even in our fence line. Thankfully, Aspen got in all those spaces and more, and fixed it! The take care of rodents as well. What we like about Aspen is that they're local- not a giant, faceless company (ie, Orkin), and the rates are excellent. Since they are local, you won't get an "operator" from another state on the phone, and if there's a problem, they will get there quick. You have a choices of treatments with them. If you are chemically sensitive or prefer "organic" treatments, they will do that. If you need a more chemically traditional "all out blast" to eliminate infestations, they can do that, too. You can go to the store and buy a case of Raid, but spray can after spray can won't do as good as these guys do. When we moved here, we were skeptics about pest control, which means we're picky!! They know their stuff well. Give them a call. When the critters are gone, you'll wonder why you didn't call sooner. We did- we really did!

They are professional, prompt, thorough and courteous. Perhaps not the cheapest but certainly the best pest control service I've ever used. Aside from preventive spraying, they make sure that not a single spider web nor wasp nest is left anywhere under the eaves.

I've used other pest control companies and have never been satisfied with the service, the treatments never seamed to work very well. Additionally, every pest control company will brow beat you into signing an iron clad contract. I've been using Aspen for a little over 6 months and couldn't be happier.They are professional, courtious and do a complete and great job. They listen to your concerns, answer all your questions and never brush you off. I can't say enough about Aspen. They will do anything you want, they will spend all the time you need. Their first trip here Joseph spread mole control in my back yard just because I ask, although it wasn't part of the service and I wasn't charge. Aspen does the job correctly and efficiently and they charge less than most services. Also, unlike other pest control services, they don't just spray or treat the gound around your home, they look up and treat under the eves. Do sign up for continuous maintainace. It's not costly and unlike most pest control services, you can get out of any maintainance agreement at any time. If you need any type of pest control call Aspen. Don't use anyone else for pest control

Joseph and Joel have been to hour home for initial and quarterly maintenances. They are very thorough, and professional. They take the time to answer questions, and explain what they are doing. They provide excellent service.
