Description of Work: We were having trouble with our hot tub heater: the pilot wouldn't light, the electrical breaker was tripping, etc. It was a VERY old heater which we decided to replace. We continued to have problems even with the new heater. Arctic Spas tested all of the electrical connections up to the house wiring. They advised us to have a ground fault protector installed. We got that taken care of and they came out again. They finally narrowed the problem to a thermostatically controlled pipe heater that had been incorrectly installed about 6 months ago. They stayed with the job until everything was working smoothly. They were easy to work with and their prices were very reasonable.
