Powerwashing was scheduled for a thursday afternoon. No one showed up. When I reached Roger and complained he said they would be the Friday morning. But early Friday I received an email that he was cancelling the contract and refunding my deposit. He said that he did not want to do business with me. Since I couldn't schedule until my roof was finished, it was past the acceptance dates on the other quotes I received so I had to go through the whole process again and since we had moved everything off the decks for power washing, I had outdoor furniture in my living room for several weeks until the new painters could schedule me in.

Never happened. Went unresponsive when asked for clarification on his quote in which he used no ruler or measuring tape. He sent a quote was sent several emails on clarification and the when texted responded "not interested" with emoji's. Very unprofessional. Highly recommend dealing with business competent people for home tasks. This is not one of them.

We got three bids and these guys were a bit higher than the others, but the proposal stated that they would do the cleaning, prep, and two coats and the additional price seemed warranted, given that we wanted the best paint job we could get at a reasonable price. These guys are very pleasant to work with, paid serious attention to all details of the job, used high quality paint, and made several suggestions beyond the terms of the contract which we let them do (at no extra charge). We couldn't have been happier with the end result as well as the whole process which took several days, given weather challenges.
