+ 0 moreHe charged exactly what he had bid. He came when he said he would. He did the work himself--no subs. Very nice, polite man. Cleaned up afterwards and put things back where they belonged.
Description of Work: Randy cleaned my roof, gutters and powerwashed my patios, driveway and sidewalks to the property line. He also put zinc on my roof to retard moss. He did a very good job; placed tarps on my koi pond and flowers to keep them clean.

+ 0 moreResponded to my bid request quickly and showed up on time to do job. Did a great job on roof which is composite and then spent the time to clean the debris off the house and all surrounding surfaces. I'm very pleased with the job and would highly recommend this company to anyone. They were also $125 lower than any of the other 4 bids.
Description of Work: Pressure washed roof, cleaned gutters inside and out. Cleaned all siding, windows, walks, driveway, and street of debris after cleaning roof.
