+ -1 moreThey picked the sofa up on Friday and I had it back on Monday and were here within 15 minutes after they called both times. They did a lot of repairs including putting straps in that should have been on the top a bottom of the springs and attaching the springs that were not correctly attached.
Description of Work: Lyle repaired a sofa that has not been right since the day it was bought and the company would not take care of it. The springs started breaking down right after we bought it. Long story, but we now have a sofa that we are not embarrassed when company comes over and practically had to sit on the floor. Now I'm as pleased with it as the day I first sat on it in the showroom, but I will not buy furniture from that company again. I don't know if I can name the company, but I won't.

+ -1 moreLyle was very knowledgeable, and he gave an accurate estimate of the time it would take to do the work. He was also open to my decision to purchase my own fabric. I believe that I paid a small extra fee - $5 per chair - given that. The chairs turned out great! Please note that Lyle is moving his business, so call him to get the new address.
Description of Work: They reupholstered five kitchen chairs.
