Our cedar fence had an accumulation of moss from sprinkler overspray and touching Arborvitae - what to do to clean our fence and not disturb anything on the neighbors property - call Paul @ All Seasons Cleaning Service -- Paul's crew, and mostly (Alec) carefully and meticulously hand scrubbed all the sections of the back fence which totaled about 180 ft., even the clumps of moss growing between the slats were cleaned. The fence looks fantastic and we now have a clean surface ready for staining. All Seasons Cleaning Services uses environmentally safe products - Paul explained they are safe for plants, wildlife and pets, which is a concern for this work. ABOVE & BEYOND: Paul graciously offered to clean the neighbors windows on both sides of our fence, with their permission, of course.

All Seasons Cleaning Service, quoted moss removal and windows washing -- Paul got back to us the next day. We haven't had a roof inspection since buying the house and when Paul offered to check and take pictures -- we thought, ok, cuz he's not gonna find anything up there -- thinking we would see any issues from the street -- well; there was a real WOW moment for sure when we saw the pictures -- I highly recommend getting this service from Paul. The roof issues addressed were sealing nail heads, replacing a damaged boot, and moss treatment as well as cleaning out the buildup inside the gutters. For those who have roof vented dryers, it's difficult to find a vendor to clean those, we did our best to clean from inside, but I recommend All Seasons Cleaning to go up on the roof and get is clean out! We are very happy with Paul, Alec and Dan, they are courteous & do excellent work! Bonus: they knocked of some old nests under the eaves too!

We've never had our windows professionally cleaned, my husband had used that spray stuff you attach to a hose, but that can't compare to the hand washing job done by All Seasons Cleaning Services. Alec and Dan hand washed our windows, removed the screens and replaced them perfectly! They even cleaned the tracks -- I can open the windows now with no worries for gaps or damage to the screens, we could not be more pleased with their work and care taken to our windows and screens. Now opening the windows with confidence that the tracks are clean and the screens are back in place properly. I would absolutely recommend All Seasons Cleaning Services (Alec & Dan) - they have a great work ethic, great attitude and respect the property -- I think the cost overall was cheaper than buying all the stuff to DYI and safer too -- it took about half a day to get beautiful shiny windows. Paul did a roof inspection -- I highly recommend getting this service -- there are no scams here, Paul did an honest assessment -- we were quite impressed. The quote was listed in detail so we knew what the costs were specifically, no surprises! Paul was exceptionally fast to contact me after my inquiry, and then fit me in the next day! He and his team were professional, they took pictures to show me exactly what everything looked like before and after, and I really loved his customer service without pushy salesmanship - I will absolutely use again and I highly recommend.

Paul and his crew were very professional. Paul went up on the roof and took some pictures to show me where all the the clogs were and where all the water was. They worked very efficient, they completed the cleaning in 20 to 30 minutes and when they were done, Paul showed me the after photos, in where it was already clean and clog free. I also like that, although they provide a lot of services, he focused only to what I asked him to do that they. He did not try to up sell me for any other services.

I contacted Paul, the All Seasons Cleaning Services owner, after an ill prepared contractor cleaned gutters that had overflowed after a heavy rain (we purchased the home a few weeks before). Though the gutters passed inspection, they were not draining properly. Paul responded quickly to my Angie's list inquiry. He arrived on time the following day & assessed the situation; thoroughly checking gutters & roof. He took photos then discussed what he felt was necessary. He said the gutters were in as good a shape as could be expected given how they'd been originally configured. He suggested he perform some roof maintenance/repairs including sealing exposed nails in roof & flashing + sealing roofing that wasn't properly sealed. He also replaced two cracked drainage 'boots.' To be 'safe' he retreated the roof for moss. Paul & his crew showed up on time, did a fantastic job, took photos then explained the work they performed. In every interaction, it was OBVIOUS Paul puts his customers first. He's a dedicated, savvy pro who takes pride in doing his BEST. I doubt anyone could have done a better job. THANK YOU, Paul. We'll rehire him for future service. And MAY hire his services for spring cleanup and/or some hard-scape work.

Went fine. I had hired another 4 weeks before, I used them last year, but they kept putting me off and not showing up when they said they would, so I gave up on that company. Called All Seasons, they came out the next day and gave me an estimate on Saturday. I talked to them on Monday morning, and they came out within a couple of hours. Only complaints, house is now dirtier then before and the price was high.

Excellent response time and provided after work photo to show clean gutter at the right price. They also guarantee their work and gave me an extra service by assessing the condition of my gutters and roof.

I originally requested just getting the roof gutters cleaned. However, Paul Koblik of All Seasons performed a roof inspection and found a few other items needing attention. He explained what needed to be done and photos of items that needed work. After work was finished, Paul showed me photos of completed work items. The work was performed the same day as scheduled and according to what was agreed to. I am happy with the work that was done and I'm sure that All Seasons would take care of any follow up issues if there are any (none at this time). The total price seemed a bit high but not really sure since I did not get any comparison bids on the work needed.
