I rate this Company and Paul, its owner excellent. Very impressed with the work, communication about the work, the promptness and supervision to completion. I am a rental tenant, so I got to observe work done for an owner who is absentee. They got a very good deal. The first thing that stood out to me was the truck - large, clean, modern, nice looking. I took a peak in the back and all the tools and storage inside were new, clean and highly organized. This is not something the customer normally sees, but it indicates the mindset of the business to me. My job involved a very large backyard deck that had been built poorly at the foundation. So this job was not about trim and finish as much as invisible, interior repair. He took a lot of pictures and spent some time considering how to repair. Then, he came in and did the nasty, difficult job of installing a foundation beneath an already existing deck. It would have been easiest to install one beam, but Paul chose two support beams. He could have used 4x6 beams, but he chose 6x8 - much heavier to lift in place, but far more solid for my purposes. Each beam required extensive digging in hardpan for concrete holes, so choosing two beams over one was simply a matter of choice by a craftsman who prefers doing it right over doing it easy. His help were confidence inspiring in their appearance, seemed to know what they were doing without supervision, appeared to jointly discuss problem solving with Paul and worked hard through job completion. My construction job was a little unique in that it was returning a broken down deck to legal code and personal usefulness. That is more difficult, challenging than building a new deck from scratch, as it requires building through previous construction choices. I am writing this lengthy review because I was very impressed with Paul's professional and skilled work and wish him all the best in his business, All Seasons Cleaning Services. Big recommend.

They were quick and efficient. Showed digital photos of work they performed. They were careful about cleaning up any hazardous materials that came off the roof/gutters.

Wonderful. Paul and his crew were awesome. They fixed the rots around our house in the posts and around our windows. They fixed the problems at the most cost effective way possible and made them look better than before. They also fixed our fence and made it better than before with better reenforcement. We engaged All Seasons in July 2020 to clean our gutters and roof, but after discovering the huge range of services that All Seasons provided we subsequently engaged them to clean our exterior windows and rebuild a gate hanging between our house and a concrete wall. We are extremely pleased with All Seasons' work. During the initial quote (which was scheduled promptly after my call), Paul took extensive pictures of our roof and gutters as supporting information for the quote, and he sent the quote via email the same day. Once we decided to go with All Seasons, Paul got us on the schedule within a couple of weeks (which was fine for our timeline) They arrived to complete the work in a professional-looking vehicle and attire. We have a large 2-story home with lots of windows, but Paul and his team were able to complete the gutters, roof, and windows in a single day (a very hot day at that!). They weren't able to complete the gate work that day, but were able to schedule that within a couple of weeks. After the completion of the work, Paul walked me through the finished state of the house to make sure I know what had been completed and that it had been completed to my satisfaction. All the while, Paul and his crew were friendly and very easy to work with, and I was impressed with the high quality of the work. Because we live in Vancouver WA, a suburb of Portand OR, I often have challenges finding a professional team that does good work in a reasonable period of time -- Paul and All Seasons will now be my go-to for pretty much every services they provide. In the 8 years we've lived in our home, this is the best home-related services I've experienced and I can't recommend All Seasons highly enough.

Wow! I don't know if I've ever been this impressed! Gave me a quote one evening and was able to do the work the next afternoon. This worried me because good companies usually take awhile to get on the schedule. But decided to go ahead and they were amazing! Paul and 2 other men cleaned this huge deck in 5 hours! It's the best deck cleaning I've ever had done! Hire them!

They did an excellent job. I could not be happier. We were amazed, we have vinyl siding, it just came off beautifully. It looks brand new.

All Seasons Cleaning Services did an excellent job. Paul was professional, courteous, punctual and thorough. He took before photos of the roof and explained what needed to be done and how as well as after photos to show what had been done. He asked me to step outside to see if I was satisfied with the cleanliness of the grounds and the quality of the work before he left. I was and am very satisfied and will hire Paul and his crew again.

Job was timely and professionally executed in a courteous and friendly manner. An on-site out-briefing, supported with roof & gutter images, was presented to the owner. Lastly, a summary of costs pertaining to each task was provided at the conclusion of work.

The crew was prompt, friendly, efficient, and thorough. They did a great job and I will hire them again. Along with the roof cleaning, they replace cracked shingles and cracked vent seals. They also treated fro moss. They came in under the estimate. Paul actually came and looked at the work before giving an estimate, unlike the other three who, I guess, relied on google maps to look at the roof.

Paul and his crew are absolutely fantastic. They have taken on many projects for us and done each one quickly and incredibly well. Paul is very intelligent and really knows what he doing in his line of work. I feel like I could ask him any house question and get an honest, knowledgable answer. I am so thankful that we have found him. We will certainly be having him do more work in the future around our place.

It went exceptionally well. They arrived for a quote, but were ready to work immediately. They took before/after pictures, treated the roof, sealed where necessary, added missing vents, and left the premises cleaner than when they got here. They provided the icing on the cake, and the cherry would be if they uploaded the before/after and provided a secure link to download them - but still a great experience.

They performed the work as stated. Even showed before and after pictures with a video. Received a quote and did the work on the same day. I highly recommend the company.

Paul came and performed exceptional work with his crew. I can not recommend them highly enough. He took pictures of the things that were deficient on our roof (moss, seals, etc.) and we had him repair them. They also cleaned all of our windows and did a few extra things. They were outstanding!

Absolutely top shelf work ethic. Paul & his crew completely hand brushed & cleaned roof surface of moss & debris, then treated it with zinc to kill moss. Very professional, respectful, safe & knowledgeable. I would hire them again.

Paul was positively responsive to my request not to use a chain saw on the tree, he essentially used a pruning device on a pole which was perfect for our project. Very pleased with the work, Dan's excellent skill at keeping the branches off neighbors property and they do final clean up! Paul and Dan are a great team and I would not hesitate to recommend them for tree trimming needs!

Back yard spring clean up, removing old pots, plants, furniture -- pulling up bushes, roses and a dead tree, as well as a removing a 5 ft evergreen that sprouted up on the fence line. I would recommend Dan & Alex to get the job done, they clean up too -- clumps of dirt and filled holes so there was no need for me to go out after they left, except to admire the transformation.
