They were great people to work with. The guys that put it in were professional, on time, and answered all our questions.

I got 5 bids and picked All About Air d/t the estimate and felt that Lenny was very competent and knew his business. Able to get an appointment easily and the work was complete in 1 day. I had some difficulty with the Digital House Thermostat and they came and gave me a small session and it is much easier. Love the unit especially with the hot weather we have had in the Pacific Northwest.

They are fast, responsive, and do excellent work. They are fair priced and honest. They are very honest about what’s going on and they will not try to add any extra price. They will tell you exactly what’s wrong and fix it.

Lenny's crew arrived on time preparing the area for the new air conditioner and furnace. The work was done over three days in which the men worked 8 hours a day non-stop. The work was done in a timely fashion and site completely clean. All questions were addressed in a concise and specific manner. The inspector came by and indicated the work had been done perfectly. We have used this company before at our other home upon a recommendation. All About Air is an excellent company and trustworthy. If we build another home, I will use All About Air exclusively.

We had no hot water in our Navien hot water heater. This company was listed on the web site and Angie's list. When I called and spoke to Lenny, he said he could have a serviceman out that afternoon. He quoted about a $90 service call. The repairman arrived in the afternoon, looked at the heater, and told us it was possible flow meter, but he would have to check. Later he said he would have to clean it. He took over 1 hour and charged us almost $190, because, he said, it took him so long to clean the flow meter. Three months later the problem recurred. This time we called around, and I spoke with the serviceman at Stan's--another authorized dealer. That person told me that the flow meter was a known problem on this heater, and I should order another at less than $30 + less than 30 minutes to install. However, he didn't have a unit in stock and it would take a couple of days--possibly the same problem as with All About Air, who then would have lied about the issues and upcharged. I called a local plumber--Simpson's--also on Angie's list. They checked and told me they could have one by the next morning. I gave them the go-ahead and the total bill was ~$90. Subsequent to that the Navien has functioned much better even than when it was new (installed in 2010). The guy at Stan's was right--just not timely.

Lenny was very knowledgable and helped us narrow down the choice. All the work was completed on schedule.

Sooooo nice! Very knowledgeable! When Lenny came out to give us the qoute he looked over every detail and asked many questions. I had many people give us qoutes, some looked a little and some not at all. Lenny didn't miss a thing and the qoute was very fair. We felt comfortable with him because he came accross as an experienced tech and not a pushy saleman. Dan and Tom showed up to install our new system during the a very cold snap in December. 10 degrees is very hard to work in. I was impressed with how much they were able to do under such conditions. They were such nice guys and so polite. They did what they could to make sure that they never left us without heat, however there were problems and two mornings in a row we did wake up very cold. Not any fault of theirs, it was mother nature and her cold! They did what they could. The only negatives was an accident where one of the guys fell through the ceiling. We were not too happy to be blamed for this since the board he stepped on was not secured. We felt that caution in an attic means never taking anything for granted. Lenny was informed of the boards. But they worked with us on the matter. We patched the whole and he hired a really nice guy to do a match for our ceiling. And he did a great job! My husband was also not too happy about an outlet they installed in the garage since they did not place it into the wall but instead ran it out side. He would have prefered a outlet in the wall like the others. Over all our experience, besides being very cold and getting me very sick, was very good. Very nice people who know what they are doing.

He is the best for commercial and residential. Very nice to work with and does the work at the best price. He would stay late to finish the work, and he was very conscientious. He is very customer oriented, he had a wonderful attitude, and he cleaned up well each day.
