Description of Work: Two men cleaned all windows in house for two hours. I moved in four years ago, with the original windows never cleaned -- they needed to be cleaned bad. I have a mixture of new, old with storm windows, and french style. I needed a company that could handle all of that at a good price. The only really negative part was they closed a double hung window backwards which my mother could never fix by herself (old wood window).

Description of Work: Very easy to contact & schedule. Techs were on time, worked quickly, explained optional charges for any time overages & gave choice of stopping when 4hrs was up. Very considerate of home, shoe covers,clean,quiet,worked well together. Windows sparkled but window surrounds/runners did not.They removed & washed screens & must have seen light layer of dried dust & dirt residue on runners,but they put screens back into dirty tracks & left soiled window tracks too. They helped correct a few when they saw me cleaning them,but not all. Also, they did not mark screens, so a few were mixed up & there were bigger gaps than before. 85% good experience. Obviously worked very hard and tried to please, but they need to work out a few more things. (Step by step procedure for consistently cleaning the whole window & get correct cleaning tools for the window runners (an old toothbrush can dislodge dried on dirt better than a paint brush, & need a hand vac & rags to clean up the dust & dirt residue.)

Description of Work: Aegis cleaning was very responsive and scheduled the cleaning service within days of purchasing the special offer. The two ladies scheduled to do the cleaning showed up on time, were very pleasant and did an okay job. I was pleased with the service as I just simply did not have time to get my house cleaned prior to having guests over. However, to hire as regular service I would expect a higher standard of cleaning.
