Gutter cleaning was scheduled for last January, but due to complications with the provider, and then with myself the work was finally completed in August. They were very considerate as to my situation it getting in done, and mine theirs. It all worked out fine. Great people.

Nice owner, employees need
Description of Work: The owner was very nice but she left the two girls. After they left I checked things and they did NOT empty garbage cans, they didn't clean window sills, they didn't shake out throw carpets, and they didn't even pick up table doilies to clean under! I wish I had gotten ahold of the owner to let her know. Big disappointment!

The experience went fine. They were on time.
Description of Work: I hired Aegis Cleaning Services to vacuum the downstairs, clean the floors, clean the entire kitchen including the stove & the microwave, clean things behind the counters, deep clean the bathrooms and a little bit of dusting. They cleaned four rooms overall.

A minus would be a more accurate score. The service itself was excellent. Clothes are getting dryer a lot faster and he showed me the type of lent that could actually lead to a fire. I really appreciated that they cleaned up so thoroughly when they were done! The B's I assigned were related to the customer service piece when I sent 2 emails to schedule an appointment date but never got responses. Communication improved when I called directly.

Had a little trouble getting the date scheduled due to delay in getting call backs from messages I'd left. In the end, once I got the date scheduled, the techs arrived within their scheduled window of time and performed the work efficiently and professionally.

The 2 women were on time. I gave them my list and they went right to work and worked steadily. I was pleased with their work both times and will hire them again. Responsiveness: The first time I called for the service, over a two-week period I called twice and the email address didn't work. The second time the email address worked and I got a response within a few days.

Scheduling was the only problem. It took a few initial phone calls to get a cal returned and to get something scheduled. The cleaning itself was professional and the people very nice.

Excellent! He arrived exactly as stated was friendly, professional and started working. He was extremely cleaned and picked up every little piece of dust than landed on the floor. Very thorough and I am very happy with their service. I would definitely refer them.

It took a complaint to Angie's List to get the provider to respond to my phone and email request's for an appointment. The service provider arrived with an approximately 12 year old child as his assistant. This is the 2nd time I've responded to an Angie's List "Big Deal" and received absolutely terrible service. I will probably not buy another "bargain" through their big deal offers. I would not recommend this service provider.

Dear member, I'm sorry you were not satisfied with our service. I am not really sure why we received an F rating from you. You seemed very pleasant and welcoming and I asked you if everything was back in order when we went to leave and you were very thankful and pleasant. As to the "12" year old you must be referring to my 5'9 205 pound 15 year old who has worked as an air duct cleaner for the last two summers. Your ducts were so filthy we had to blow out our filters and change our brand new collection bag after doing your cleaning. We were thorough, polite, professional and efficient. You gave us no indication of any displeasure with our service. Again I'm sorry you were unhappy with our service but it had nothing to do with the quality or performance of the work by myself or my son. How do you expect a family business to teach the next generation how to work if you are going to criticize that business based on appearance. Why would you tell my son he had a great work ethic only to bash him with an F rating here on Angie's List. I'm stunned.

The owner returned my call two days later and wanted to reschedule. However, I had already taken a day off work and was unable to reschedule and have decided to go with an established business.
Description of Work: Sent out an un-experienced young man in an unmarked vehicle (no logo, no mean of identifying him until I asked for a card). Wasn't prepared-I advised owner on the phone when scheduling the service my return vent was on a 22 foot ceiling, in fact stressed this twice and she said that would be no problem, and he was unequipped to deal with it. The young man didn't know where to start with my furnace or the vents. He was nice enough and I understand they may be a fledgling business, but first impressions count and I cannot recommend their service to anyone.
