Aegis Cleaning Services

I have tried to contact the company numerous times and have not been able to get in touch with them to schedule the service, and now it says their phone is disconnected.

It went really well. The gentleman who came out was good. We had him come just a couple of weeks after we purchased the big deal. I was working then but I know that my husband was very pleased. He said that the gentleman was very friendly and very knowledgeable. He just went right to work and moved the dryer and moved it back to make sure that everything was cleaned up. Everything was just very professional.

It turned out well. They were on time. They were nice, professional, and personable. The work was completed quickly and I have no complaints.

Two young women showed up and spent 2 full hours cleaning my terribly dirty kitchen. We were overdue for a kitchen remodel and therefore put off doing a lot of the real deep cleaning that needs to be done in a kitchen to keep it nice. Once we decided to put the remodel off for yet another year we purchases the Angie's Big Deal for 4 man hours of house cleaning for $87. The women were nice, thorough and professional.

I bought their special vent cleaning package in April. They never contacted me. I sent them email in June. They never responded. I called their office in July. They never responded. I finally gave up and asked Angies List for a refund, which I got promptly. I would avoid this vendor at all costs. It's as if they do not exist at all.

They did not respond to my request and did not return phone messages. I requested a refund from Angie's List which I am still waiting to receive. By the time they did respond 10 days later I had already hired another service. I understand that businesses can be busy and fully booked, but it is just poor business courtesy not to respond, especially when you have been soliciting business.

I felt I clean my house in a more thorough manner than the cleaners did. I would not pay for this service again for the quality of work. I would have expected them to do a deeper cleaning and wipe down baseboards, doors, walls, and other areas that aren't done on a weekly basis.

It went very well! They were very efficient and nice folks. I had specific concerns about art and pictures, and they did a superb job!

Aegis did a thorough and professional job. We would hire them again to clean our gutters.

He did a good job. He was on time.

They cleaned my 4 bedroom house. I wasn't home at the time but my husband says they were fine. This was one of the Angieslist Big Deals promotions. It's always interesting to me when a company doesn't follow up with a customer to try to reschedule. There weren't any problems with this job and I let them know that I was looking for a regular service. We pretty tidy so it's not like the house is a challenge. Maybe no one wants to come to NE Portland (Alberta Arts). Not sure. But they were fine.

According to worker, several sections of gutter were clean, but cost was the same. Did not have confidence job was well done.

It went pretty well. Easy to schedule, on time and did their job as described in the 'big deal' purchased. Our dryer wasn't drying everything in one cycle, so we bought this deal in hopes of fixing some of that problem. Unfortunately, the cleanliness of the dryer vent was not the problem. But their service was good anyways.

They were efficient friendly and fairly quick. No mess, careful with equipment and conscientious of details regarding the vents.

It was an Angie's List Big Deal that I purchased. It worked out well. They did a fine job in the house. I was happy I didn't have to do it. They even cleaned out my stainless steel toaster oven and even made the outside look brand new. It had gotten brown and burnt looking. I was a bit shocked. They did a good job and I used them again. Their price seemed average. It did take a couple of calls to get them this time.

We are very pleased with the results. The service provider was friendly and professional. I did not realize how dirty our vents had become. We will definitely have this service done every couple of years and would use Aegis again.

After going back and forth and playing phone tag for months trying to schedule, the crew finally showed up and said they did not want to do the job due to the large storm windows. We knew that the storm windows might be an issue and discussed this up front, but were assured that the two person crew could handle the job.. It would have saved everyone's time had someone come out and looked at the job. Everyone was very nice and well-intentioned, but it was frustrating that the company's and our time was wasted.

There were two people who showed up when they said. They were friendly. They cleaned both the inside and outside of the windows with some sort of cleaner that supposedly repels dirt. They cleaned the windows on my glass door as well. They were quick and thorough. I would definitely hire them again. I can't remember the price because we had to upgrade because we have about 50 windows in our house.
