Description of Work: staff were on time, quick to complete the task, informative. The only question remains why did I pay the same price for my very small home (6 ducts) as someone with a large some with many, many ducts? Service was top notch and I plan to use them to clean and stretch my carpets in the Spring.

Description of Work: Two pleasant and polite people came to my home and cleaned it. They did it in less than half of the time that I had expected it would take them and they did it quite well. They used "green" products without chemical odors (my wife is very sensitive to such odors and she was not affected by the products they used). I am very happy with the service and will reuse this company regularly. The only negative comment I have is that their vacuum did not pick up all of the hair from our two long-haired cats that was embedded in the carpet. Next time I will ask them if they can do better. HOWEVER, I am still very happy with the quality and cost of the service.

Description of Work: I bought the Fall Gutter Cleaning Service special from Angie's List. They did get the job done, but were annoying. When I booked the service, I made sure that it was ok that I not only did not have to be home, but that it would be difficult to reach me at work. After work on the scheduled day, I found three messages on my phone that they were at my house and there was "a problem." When I called the next business day to see what the problem was, I found that they had rescheduled my appointment for three hours later and had neglected to tell me. Also, even though the scheduler told me that it was no problem if I was not there for the gutter cleaning, apparently it was a problem. The workers were worried that the linear feet of my house was greater than the special allowed, and that no one was at my house to pay the additional cost. So, I was assured that I didn't have to be there when I scheduled the appointment, but if the linear feet of gutter was greater than allowed by the special, they would leave without performing the service since no one was at my house to pay the extra. The job got done, but I do not appreciate the rescheduling (without telling me) and the need for me to be there - even though I was assured by the scheduler that it was not necessary.

Description of Work: Two young men (I forgot their names) were prompt, pleasant and very professional. I was so pleased with the work they did.

Description of Work: They had to reschedule a couple of times. The girls were friendly, but didn't have all of the cleaning supplies they needed. They need more oversight than I gave them. For instance, one girl cleaned the outside of four kitchen cupboards when there are ten cupboards. One cleaned the grout in the bathroom, but didn't clean vent for the fan that is within arms reach. They were pleasant. I didn't realize that I would need to be more involved.

Description of Work: They did a great job of cleaning windows. They finished in one hour instead of the two hours purchased, and gave us a credit for the unused hour.

Description of Work: General house cleaning, specific to my needs, as we were planing on selling the home. They worked well and did a nice job. The only complaint I had was that they strayed off my layed out course from time-to-time.

Description of Work: The main reason for my F rating was the lack of response from company and the poor customer service I recieved. The owner has now been in contact with me and offered to come out a 3rd time and camera check all vents. So I will change the rating to a C for now . had both air & heater units tuned up,then vents & ducts cleaned. crew was on time, did their job. about a week later my air unit froze over. Had the furnace guy back out. When he pulled out the filter it was totally blocked. called Aegis they sent a man back out. He ran a camera down vents, they were full of dust. cleaned (?) return vent. Checked filters again in a week, totally clogged again. Called Aegis again asked for a return call..Never heard back from them. Since them I have changed another $30 filter, found a dead mouse & wads of dust & hair again. So, its an F from me.

Description of Work: The special Big Deal for Aegis Air Duct and Furnace Cleaning cost $219. Since we had additional vents and one additional return, there were additional costs, that we knew about up front. While here they asked if we would like them to clean our dryer vent and we said yes, so that's why in the end it added up to $400. Two young men who came to our house were very courteous and a pleasure to work with.

Description of Work: We have not been able to speak with anyone. We have left several messages and they have not called back. They finally changed their voice mail to say they have too much interest due to the coupon, which is understandable but I feel like they should have been ready for it or put out a limited number of coupons.

Description of Work: The housecleaning done was fine and met my expectations. I called them to come back and clean for me again in a few weeks but couldn't reach a live person.

Description of Work: 4 hours housecleaning. Eco products. The floor was less clean than when they started. The floor mats were not moved for "mopping" and underneath the mats was clean linoleum tile while around them it was greyish and dirty.
