Description of Work: We went more than 2 weeks without the provider bother to call us and set up an appointment. My wife accidentally paid the Visa bill with the charge on it. My previous experience with a Angie's List big deal worked very well and the other times I have used your service worked well also.

Our first contact was a week after you purchased the Big Deal when you sent an email through Angie's List accusing us of charging your credit card before doing the work and demanding a refund immediately. When I called you the next morning and explained to you that you had purchased a coupon through Angie's List for our services and that's why your credit card had been charged, you said that you had just found that out yourself. I asked if you wanted to schedule your appointment, and you said "Not at this time", so I told you to feel free and call back to schedule whenever it was convenient for you. Would not hire them again.
Description of Work: Two ladies came, they were just so chatty amongest themselves. They kept reminding me my time left for their service. Wasn't very pro-active in trying to find ways to be helpful. Overall, I got the impression, they were just there for the time.

Description of Work: On the day they were scheduled no one showed up. I called and they apologized and rescheduled. They arrived promptly the second time. After assessing the gutters they said it would cost an additional $75 because they couldn't reach them from the ladder and needed to access from the roof. The ad said there would be additional costs for gutters higher than 28 feet, but these gutters were all under 28 feet. I felt the ad was misleading. The technicians who came to my house were friendly and professional.

Description of Work: They cleaned all our ducts and vents including the furnace. I thought that they would take the drum out of the furnace to clean it thoroughly which had been recommended by a furnace tech in the past but that wasn't included. I failed to read the fine print that the cleaning only included a certain amount of vents which resulted in an additional $120 charge. Since having it done I have seen several offers for a lot less. Overall the job was well done and they were pleasant to deal with.
