Wayne stopped by to give us an estimate in mid-July, gave us the date of August 3rd, showed up almost on time, and did the work. He's quite a character. I would definitely hire him again.

Wayne did an excellent job pressure washing our house. He is busy and was very upfront about his schedule. We waited three weeks for him. It was worth the wait. He did more than expected and charged less than he originally bid.

Wayne was the only one out of all three other firms I called who returned my call quickly and came out to look at the roof and gave me a quote and a date for service on the spot. He showed up on the appointed date, three weeks later and on time. Based on my experience with the others I had no hesitation to recommend him for any the job. When he found a broken tile, he asked me if I had one and replaced the tile for me. He cared about doing a good job which is rare.

A bit difficult to pinpoint a time - took several calls but well worth it. Said he's busy because he's cheap - which is true, a great job at a great price. Did a good job on roof and cleaned up afterwards. While here we asked him to pressure wash teh driveway and sidewalk. Quoted a very fair price for that job, and then also cleaned the patio. Will use Wayne again and would recommend him to anyone.

Wayne came out and gave and estimate the day after I called. He showed up early. I hired Wayne to remove the moss off our tile roof. He laid down tarps to catch all the loose moss that he hauled away. Wayne washed and cleaned up leaving the driveway and patio actually looking better than when he came. Wayne takes great care making sure nothing is damage. Wayne's estimate was $600 and the final price ended up at $500. Thanks Wayne! I'll be hiring you again.

A+ Restorations was the best quote of three chosen from companies with an A ratings on Angie's list that handle this kind of work. Wayne's quote was significantly better than his competitors (although one of his competitors uses a far more labor intensive process for treatment and removal of moss on a roof than +A Restorations does). The appointment made was timely and other than the fact that Wayne was a bit late (about 30 minutes, but he called about 15 minutes before he was due and explained that he was experiencing some difficulties that morning, so I don't hold this against him). Wayne also offers a very reasonably priced subscription service for yearly roof treatment and gutter cleaning to stop re-occurrence of moss accumulation. I am pleased with the service and while professional, Wayne is very friendly and easy to talk to. Doing business with him was a true pleasure and I look forward to a long association in the subscription service having my roof treated and gutters cleaned. If I have other work in the area of pressure washing I will definitely consider using A+ Restorations.

Wayne came out the week before to give us an estimate to pressure wash our tile roof to remove moss. We decided to hire Wayne for the job after receiving 2 other estimates. He came out the following Wednesday and spent approximately 6 hrs cleaning our 2200 sq ft roof. He covered our plants and washed down our siding and windows. We have a tool shed in our back yard which we didn't expect to have the tile roof cleaned. When he was done with house he took it upon himself to clean that roof. He noticed one of our gutters wasn't draining to the street properly and gave us tips to fix that problem. In the end, we were very impressed with the job and his expertise.

Wayne called us and told us that it was time for our yearly treatment and asked if we wanted it. We said yes, and he came right out. He is very professional, and his price is very reasonable.

My roof is very steep but that did not stop him from pulling all my tiles up at the valleys and make sure he cleaned them out. He did a masterful job in getting all the moss off and getting all areas....not just what you can see. On the sidewalks/driveway he had a great tool that worked very well and quickly. I found him when he was doing a neighbors roof , Now Wayne is doing alot of work in our neighborhood (he has done at least 20+ homes). He is very thoruogh and a hard worker. I like the fact that the owner of the company is doing the work. I highly recommend A+ Restorations. Wayne is the one that made me aware of Angie's list. I figure if I can get this kind of help at a fair price I should make the investment in Angie's List. We will see if my next hiring (window cleaning) goes as well as the pressure washing.

Went very well. Plan on using this company again to do our front driveway area. The job was finished sooner than estimated and the cost was very reasonable. Easy guy to work with.

We observed work that Wayne was performing on another house in our neighborhood. He did such a good job that we spoke with him at completion of his work and he gave us a quote on the spot. Though it was a busy time of year for him he said he would do his best to fit us in, which he did. Due to the quality of his work, we wouldn't hesitate to recommend Wayne to family and friends alike.

I called and he was working in the area when he was done with the job he was working on he stopped by and did mine. He charged less than the estimate as the job did not take as long.

I paid $200 to wash the roof. The guy seemed to be pretty nice and did the job well. He actually warned me ahead of time when I asked him to wash the gutters and said to make sure I talk to my neighbors because they were going to have over spray on their windows. He was very careful to avoid it and seemed like he knew what he was doing and I was very happy with him. I got him off the list and did not shop around much. He came out and looked at what he was supposed to do, but the only thing was it took about two weeks from the time I contracted him till the time he could do the work, but he told me upfront that he was busy.

He came within the hour that we called and completed the work that same evening. He has us on his call list for future preventive treatments once per year.

He called right away and gave me an estimate on the same day. He did the work within 48 hours. He did an awesome job! The roof looks fantastic, the gutters are great and he even cleaned off all the decks AND hauled away all the debris for a total including tax of $195. He also fixed a water drip problem I was having from the roof onto the deck at no charge. I would recommend him to anyone!

Showed up on time and did the job in a timley manner. Picked up debris that fell from roof with tarp. My roof looks nice.

I called. He came within 2 hours. He works fast. He uses a gas blower and totally cleans up all the fallen and blown-off leaf and Doug fir needle debris. He threw in a driveway blow-off cleaning for nothing. My roofs, gutters, sidewalks and driveway are now spotless.

Wayne was able to start work on the same day he gave the estimate. Was very personable and professional, and completed the work I needed done in a quality manner.

He is one of the hardest workers I've ever hired. He never stops and he constantly moves. He does a good job and is careful. He is a little odd. He looks like he came out of the back woods.
