Description of Work: Wayne did a fantastic job cleaning our roof. We had let the moss grow for far too long, and it required pressure washing. He got it all off and also fixed a few shingles that had torn or broken. He treated the roof with a moss-preventing solution. He also removed all the gutter covers, completely cleaned out the gutters, and reinstalled all the covers. The house is surrounded by fir trees, and the covers only serve to prevent the large debris from getting into the gutters. All those little needles just fall right in. He cleaned the debris thoroughly from sidewalks and deck and trucked it all away. There was a full truckload of the stuff. And he did this all while it was raining! He advised us that our roof cannot take another pressure washing and offered yearly maintenance service that is extremely reasonable, which we are definitely going to do. This will entail air blowing and further moss prevention treatments. As an added bonus, Wayne came back to the house a day or two later and reconnected a downspout that he had seen hanging, letting water fall all over our deck from the gutters. His roof work did not cause the problem... it was already disconnected. But he came back and fixed it anyway! We highly recommend Wayne. Thorough, excellent work at by far the most reasonable cost! We will definitely be asking him back for the yearly maintenance.

Description of Work: After thourghly checking the roof, Wayne gave us a price for the service and performed it immediately. He was on time, and knowledgeable. We were very pleased with Wayne.

Description of Work: 5 gutter down-spouts were completely clogged, the rain was cascading over the gutters like a waterfall. I called at 9 a.m.; Wayne was working on a house in my neighborhood, he agreed to stop by after finishing that job, and have a look. He arrived about 6 p.m. He had had a full day already and was tired, but he agreed to clean the gutters, which he estimated had not ever been cleaned before. (they had, about 4 years before.) It was a big messy job, he stuck with it and did an excellent job. I was sure happy that he cleaned the gutters the same day that I called. He was really tired then, and suggested that I call him sooner in the future. A very hardworking and terrific worker!!

Description of Work: Wayne pressure-washed the roof and siding to remove built up moss and algae partially covering the north sides of the garage and house. He covered the ground with tarping to collect the moss coming of the roof and did it in such a careful manner so as not to damage ANY plants.

Description of Work: WE HAD OUR ENTIRE FRONT DRIVEWAY, WALKWAYS, PATIO AND ROOF PRESSURED WASHED. THE ROOF WAS THEN TREATED WITH A ROOF SEALANT AND ANY SHINGLES THAT VERY DAMAGED WERE REPLACED.
