5 Star Painting/Shad & Patty Holmes

5 Star is GREAT! They pressure washed first, painted everything, underneath eaves, downspouts, attached bench & shed, all the trim. We had 2 basic colors and a 3rd color trim, and they did it all, pressure washing & all painting, in 4 days. They repainted the door when we changed our minds, they bent over backwards to make everything good. Hire Shad and Austin at 5 Star any time you can.

5 Star Painting is truly 5 stars. Shad and Debra are the best at their craft. Their painting was clean and neat. They made the process of painting my whole house inside less stressful. AMAZING!! 5 Star Painting took our outdated home and made it exactly what we asked for. They explained their entire process. As the home owner we knew exactly what they were going to do. Their customer service is fantastic. They were always available when we had questions and took the time to stop and listen when we were talking. Truly Amazing!! The attention to detail and not rushing was everything you could ask for. They came back on a weekend just to touch up one room. That’s hard to find these days!!! Great job! Seriously...they take their time making sure the job is done correctly...the first time. 3 other houses in the neighborhood were painted around the same time and it was great to learn from Shad and his crew why they do what they do. Shad was super knowledgeable pointing out how some of their techniques would help our paint last longer, and not just the technique, but also the products they use. Shad and his crew of two were all experts in their craft. Watch closely as they paint trim or near rock work and you’ll see what I mean. The attention to detail and the patience to do it perfectly is impressive. 3rd time hiring Shad at 5 Star and we recommend his team all the time.

Excellent company to work with. I was searching for a painter to paint several rooms inside my home where sheetrock had been replaced. I called several companies for bids, but 5 Star Painting was by far the best option for us. When I was calling for bids several companies said they were too busy, one even came out and looked at the project and then told me they were too busy. I called 5 Star and received a message that they were on vacation. I went to the website and found a option to request a bid so they would see it when they were back in the office the following week. I was very shocked to receive a response within minutes to my request. It was not a canned response, it was a live person (Patty) advising me they received my request, but were on vacation. However, they would be in touch as soon as they got back to schedule a walk through. The customer service had already won me over, but then Shad came in and completed a walk through. He made us feel like we actually mattered and he wanted to help us complete our work. It was not long after we received a bid that we decided to hire them. They got us on the schedule in a matter of a few days (not weeks like other companies had proposed). Shad and his team came in and did an amazing job painting the interior of my house. I will absolutely recommend them to anyone looking for a painter and will be using them again for future painting projects.

5Start rescued us from a painting project gone bad. They were so helpful, understanding and professional. Everything went exactly as they explained it would. They cleaned up everyday before leaving. The painting they did was excellent. My only regret is that we didn't hire them to begin with! I would definitely choose them again and will be recommending them to our friends who need painting done.

I saw the job Shad and Deborah did on a friends house and had to get this team on my project. Their attention to detail and pride in what they do shined in each brush stroke. And if that’s not enough to have you hire them immediately. They’re the coolest most laid back team I’ve ever worked with. Patty was very good at exploring the process to me so I would be prepared and know what to expect. Shad and his crew were great. They showed up on time and also let me know what they were going to be doing that day.

Patty and Shad are the best. I choose them for their great reviews and I can absolutely see why they are at the top of the list. They painted all my interior "Santa Fe" doors, and even sanded and repainted a few that I had tried to do myself. Outstanding quality and service with turnaround the same week. You cannot go wrong trusting any of your painting projects to Patty and Shad.

They were able to fit us in early due to the rain. They arrived on time and got straight to work. The crew was very friendly and professional. The work done was excellent and exceeded expectations. Would definitely hire again.

From working with Patty on the phone scheduling our job during Covid-19 to working with Shad and his crew, everyone has been exceptional and pleasant! On top of that, our home was treated with care as if it were their own. From power washing, caulking, to painting and staining, they took extreme care to not disturb our many plants or get paint/stain on anything other than where it belonged. I can not say enough about the friendliness and professionalism shown by the entire crew. Without a doubt, we would hire them again and highly recommend them for any paint work needed to be done, Several of our neighbors asked for business cards and we won't be surprised to see 5 Star in our neighborhood painting more homes!

5 star did a great job with demo work and they hauled it all away. They sanded and painted the kitchen cabinets. They look awesome. The wall paint job was fantastic as well. I knocked it down a point because their patch job on the wall was shabby.

First off, Shad and Patty are fantastic. Very quick with responses and very thorough with all information. Shad was able to come out the day after I called to get me a price quote. Gave me a very fair price and the work done is top notch. Each day he'd come and get right to work and cleaned up before he left for the day. He checked in to make sure I was happy with the process and progress. I felt that if something needed to be changed, he would have gladly done it. Everything was done correctly the first time, so nothing needed to be changed! Both Shad and Patty are detail oriented, so every little thing was addressed. Couldn't have asked for a better company to work with! Will definitely be calling them again when I need anything else painted!

They did it again! Chad and the crew showed up and began the transformation of outdated and dingy rooms into warm and inviting rooms. Everything was painted the walls, ceilings, woodwork, and doors. They filled holes made repairs making it all look new. I love it! I also love Deborah and Jim who were through with attention to details.
