gutter repair
+ -1 moreThey quoted about $7000. The job involved removing the old gutters and down spouts and then replacing it with their product. It was a good experience with them. The representatives were nice when they came out. They seemed to know what they were doing. Our decision not to go with them was based on the actual product material. It is a difficult situation where we have about 10 feet in between really tall buildings. We wanted to get something that would not require any maintenance going forward. They were quick to come out and give us a quote. They were professional. We will use them in the future for a different application.
Description of Work: 1st Choice gave us a quote for gutter repair and replacement at a residential cooperative complex in the last 3 months.

+ 1 moreThey worked very hard and cleaned up after themselves very well. They showed up early for the appointment. They were very friendly and their prices were very fair too. They include an automatic gutter cleaning when you have them clean the roof.
Description of Work: They came over and cleaned our 1900 square foot roof and installed a down spout.

+ -1 moreWE WERE HAPPY TO HAVE STAN COME OUT AND CLEAN OUR SHED HE PRESSURE WASHED IT IN JUST A SHORT TIME IN FACT I WAS WORRIED THAT HE DIDN'T DO A THOROUGH ENOUGH JOB BUT HE DID A WONDERFUL JOB AND EVEN SQUEEZED IN BEHIND THE GROWN BUSHES AND GOT THE BACK OF THE SHED.
Description of Work: WE HAVE A SHED IN THE BACK UNDER SOME TALL EVERGREEN TREES THAT JUST NEVER GETS MUCH LIGHT AND SUCH. NEEDED A GOOD SCRUBBING!
