I didn?t have any knowledge or experience in excavation, sewer/water lines, digging in the street, or working with the city on the permit process. Lukas helped me with it all including preparing the site for footings, foundations, grading the alley and driveway and was also able to provide the street obstruction permit and bond (which I could not get). Lukas also helped with removing 4 trees and even hauled off them + many other loads of construction debris. "They did an intake with me, asked me questions I told him about the job they set up a bidtime. I live an hour away it was 7 AM. I had to get up at five to be there on time and then they were just a complete no-show. No call no nothing. I spent an hour on the phone phone trying to figure it out. The customer service person was rude. I asked to ask her four times to be allowed to talk to a supervisor because she said she couldn?t do a thing to help me only to find out that my job wasn?t even a scope of what they do which they could?ve told me on the intake so they seem like a huge company but the customer service was horrible for me atleast."
