Sears Hometown Store

We recently moved to the area, completed a major remodel and purchased all of our new appliances from Sears Hometown Store. Annemarie and Bob Grey, the owners, were very knowledgeable and helpful in researching options and selecting the best appliances, providing extremely competitive pricing and delivery flexibility and most importantly standing behind their products. When we did experience some issues with the refrigerator due to a manufacturer defect, they were extremely responsive and proactive including taking the lead in dealing with the manufacturer to get the issue resolved - ultimately even replacing the defective refrigerator with an upgraded model!! The Greys provided an amazing level of customer service and we highly recommend their store. We know we would never have received the same level of customer service and problem resolution from a big box store.

It was good. We trust Sears and we've done business with them in the past. The actual Kenmore units were highly recommended by Consumer Reports. The staff was very knowledgeable.
