At 8 a.m. on Mar. 19, 2014, my husband was outside, beginning the work. At 9 a.m. I brought him his phone so he could call "Chris" and ask where he was. No answer so he left a message. At 10 a.m. I was out with my husband, helping to do the work. "Chris" never appeared and never returned our phone call. I now worry that "Chris" may have been "casing" our house.
Description of Work: "Chris," the owner of the "two man team," had left brochures about his "Landscape Disaster Repair-Yard Clean Up & Weeding service" in the mailboxes of our neighborhood. Our yard is a disaster so we called him and he came by on Mar. 15 to look at our yard and give an estimate. He said it would take about 4 days and he'd charge $360 (CASH ONLY) per day, with my husband assisting and our burning the yard waste. He then gave us the appointment time of 8 a.m. on Wed., Mar. 19, to begin.
