 + -1 more509 Construction is skilled in providing ingenuous custom-made solutions to housing situations in need of repair or renovation, such as above described, at reasonable prices, and in an efficient prompt manner. Other contractors contacted for bids either provided over priced bids or stated as to one of the issues, it could not be fixed.
Description of Work: Between April and June 2014, 509 construction was hired to do home repairs or renovations under three separate contracts: (l) repair chimney damage caused by woodpecker and replace the wooden frame around the chimney with trex color-coordinated planks and replace damaged siding; (2) replace large great room windows; and (3) design and create a custom-made step down ladder to access an attic furnace in a limited space closet.

 + 0 moreerek came out, gave me a quote and set an appointment to do the work. He was prompt and courteous. He quoted $200 and that was exactly what the cost was. He was able to match the color of the siding so that I can't even tell where the new piece is. In places where the siding had slid sideways or was lose, he was able to repair it. Great job, I am very happy. I plan to use him for future projects.
Description of Work: My house is 8 years old and had some siding that had come lose, shifted or had fallen off.
