Overall, excellent.

I began searching for a house to buy online and saw several of Zach's listings. After the first appointment I felt confident that I had made the right decision choosing Zach. Zach and his team were excellent communicators. At the end of the first showing, he interviewed me so that he could plan all the future showings and meetings to my expectations. He also provided a ton of information about the home buying process, which was important to a nervous first-time buyer. What sticks out the most about Zach and his team is how organized they are. Phone calls, faxes, scheduling showings, e-mails and everything else was a breeze. Zach always says on his voicemail when he is going to return phone calls. Even though Zach was juggling a lot of other clients, I never felt neglected because his team would also update me constantly. The company I got my home loan from also commented on how organized and helpful Zach and his team were. I was lucky to have someone so organized and professional help me with the buying process. The whole transaction took only a matter of weeks, and even though that's fast for a big decision like buying a house, it ended is the best possible way. I'm very happy with my new home because of Zach.

There were several things wrong with the home we were looking to buy. Zach was able to negotiate with the sellers to take care of $23,900 worth of work. That was awesome. He was also really easy to get a hold of. He returned calls really promptly. Zach was definitely a 10 out of 10 because we didn’t have any problems. When problems came up, he took them all and made it easy for us. He took care of everything. I know that he will do a good job for you. He’ll work hard and do everything he can to get you the right house and he’s going to do it honestly. He’s not going to lead you astray by trying to get something that will just benefit him. He’s out there to help you find the best home which is why I have no problem recommending him.
