They have been so cruel and belittling to this poor senior citizen. My mother in law has had to retain an attorney to get the matter resolved by getting someone else to correct their code violations and POOR WORKMANSHIP. They were given over a month to make the required corrections, but never showed up or called. She is so sorry to have EVER contacted and trusted them.

When they did the kitchen remodel, their son (who is about 23) - didn't do the caulking. It took forever to put the heater vent cover over it and left an open hole. With the deck, the biggest problem is the leaking. They keep making excuses after excuses as to why it's leaking. They took the gutter off and put back on and it has leaked for the last year. They tell me they'll send someone out and no one comes out. Today, they sent a message saying the original bid did not include replacing the gutter. The son took it down when doing the cover and left it on the ground and I think it may have gotten bent and they are refusing to fix it. The whole deck almost looks like a 'Mom 'n Pop' company did it, the workmanship is so poor. The boards are lopsided. I paid everything in advance thinking they would come back and finish it and they haven't. They're saying if I want the leaky gutter fixed that I need to pay around $280 additional to fix it. Never was it in my bid that I would have to pay for any gutter replacement.

We used Raygor for a straightforward job in 2012 adding support columns to our deck and they did a great job so we used them again this summer for some exterior water damage around our deck columns. Overall the work was OK, but the company didn't give us the priority attention needed to get the work done in combination with our DIY work (which they welcomed - we installed our own decking and the owner complimented us on our quality workmanship as we took our time to get it right.) The excuses were workers not available and emergency work being asked by a commercial company which was obviously more important to them than us. We had one worker assigned, who when he came, didn't do a high quality job and the owners had to come in and fix his work a couple times. At the end of the job, column trim was not installed correctly causing us to remove the deck railings to fix the trim (wrong pieces in wrong places not allowing column toppers to be installed). This took 2 of us a couple hours to fix but we were done waiting for our column repair work to get finished so we could start shingling to finish the job. Debris from the job was left at the house for weeks after removal becoming an eyesore and a hazard. I spent hours picking up all the rusty nails and new nails used in the work just tossed on the ground along with worker drink cans and candy wrappers. After the first re-shingling repair job we opted to complete all the rest of the re-shingling ourselves to assure it would look professional and nice. But, the timing hold ups of getting all the project details fixed caused delays so that a week long job that started in June, wasn't finished until late August. It then took us a month to re-shingle the repaired areas nights and weekends so this ended up being a construction job site all summer for our house/front entry. To be fair more water damage was found along the way which increased the original work scope, and they had to wait for us to complete the decking install, but we believe they could have completed the work faster. We really liked working with Adam Raygor who is personable and knowledgable, but he is stretched too thin to give customers the timely and quality service they deserve. If Raygor continues to moves into more commercial construction work, its probably great for their company but I'm not sure homeowners will get priority attention and the best workers on their project.
