Description of Work: cleaned roof, replace defective cedar shakes and treated roof with oil and preservative. Second time they have provided this service 6 years apart and my roof looks new although 21 years old. Neighbors are needing cedar shake replacements which are required by our homeowner assocation which can cost over $40,000 on our size homes

Description of Work: I have been using Rainier Roof Restoration for many years. I have a shake roof and they come about every two years to replace any loose or damaged shakes and about every five years they treat the roof with oil. The way I figure it, I am slowly replacing the roof every two years. It looks great and I am very happy with their service.

Description of Work: Company very busy (late summer-early fall). Not inexpensive ... but first class job performance with premium products. Crew arrived on time, stayed until job completed and cleaned up. Patience required to make contact with owner by phone but worth the effort.

Description of Work: Low pressure wash the entire roof. Replace any shakes that needed it. Final step was to Sprayed the entire roof with a sealant of me choice from lowest grade 1 year protection up to 6 year protection. |They did an excellent clean up job. They will also take care of decks, etc |I have recommenced them to several neighbors who still have shake roofs. |They kept my shake roof good repair 30 plus years.

Description of Work: Reapplied oil stain on shake roof. We do it every 5 years or so. Every other year they pressure wash and repair loose shingles. Roof looks great and will probably never have to replace it.

Description of Work: I had a leaking roof, which turned out to be a broken fan. They came out right away and had it fixed and the leak stopped immediately. I was shocked at the price, but that was the only concern- I really had no idea how much it would be and didn't expect it to be so much. I was very happy with the service and quality and appreciated the kindness of the employee who came so quickly.

Description of Work: They did get emergency repairs done quickly. It was done correctly. They were friendly and did interface well with us. Billing was a bit slow. The cost seemed a bit high, but everyone was doing many emergency repairs due to severe wind and rain damage. I am glad that they came and fixed the issues for us.
