We had them treat our roof several years ago and it held up better than other roofs in our area. They followed up last year and we had them do the same work again and it looks good and we still have our original roof of 20 years.

They did a good job. They cleaned up after themselves. I will recommend them.

It worked out fine. They fixed the leak in our roof but their price was slightly higher than what they originally said it was going to be so that was my only complaint. Otherwise, they came out right away, fixed it right away and we did not have any more problems. My interaction with them was good. They were fine. They were very professional, polite and friendly. They told me that the cost of the service would be about $750 or so and it ended up being over $900.

The end product was fine. I didn't appreciate the process, meaning when they oiled the roof all the oil went to the gutters. They removed my downspout and they let all the oil drain into my flowerbeds. They just had a hose to spray off the siding of my house to make sure the oil didn't stain, but they didn't do any oil collection, they just let it go onto the ground and all over my plants and stuff. I don't think they were the highest priced, but they definitely weren't the lowest.

They did great and their price was in the ballpark with anybody else.

They were fine. I haven't used them in a couple of years. I think it has been more than a year, because I don't get my roof treated every year. But they were the ones I'm going to go back to when I'm ready to do it again. They do my roof and also a lot of my neighbors. They were recommended by my next door neighbor. They were right there when I asked and were professional. They showed up when they were supposed to. Just getting someone to show up when they're supposed to seems to be a challenge.

They did a pretty good job but they were high-priced. They did okay.

The service worked out just fine. We were very happy with their work. They showed up on time, they were there when they said they would be there, and we were very happy with the way they cleaned after they had finished.

I thought they were professional, and did a good job. I was really impressed with how they could bring a roof back to life. The price was fair.

The deck looks lovely. We saw a flyer and called them. We had a number of other bids on replacing the deck and I thought the prices I was getting were too high. Rainier did a wonderful job and they were very conscientious with the work. I thought their price was fair and I was very happy with the results. I would use them again as I felt that they really wanted to work with the customer.

Cost way more than the estimate!

I am an absentee landlord and RRR did their work while I was gone. I have been satisfied with their work. That being said, had an issue with their extraordinarily late billing. So late I'd forgotten all about it. It was then coupled with the following year's work so I was saddled with a very large bill. I requested a compromise on price and did not receive it . To be fair, I did owe the amount, I was just very annoyed that it took a year to get a bill! From a quality standpoint, integrity and promptness, I give them an A. In a world of many dishonest roofing companies, I would recommend Rainier Roof Restoration. Dates of service were in 2010 and 2011 I recall. The billing came a year late!

The professionalism and workmanship was excellent. I requested an estimate to do the work that was received in a timely fashion. The work was started and completed as promised. The only variable in the price estimate was associated with the number of bundles of shake required to repair my roof. Final bill was within $200 of estimate. Because my house is relatively close to one neighbor, there was a fair amount of debris sprayed on their house during the cleaning process. The roofers were meticulous in cleaning up not only my house, but also my neighbor's house. In fact, that same neighbor contracted with Rainier to do the same repairs on their house. I have no hesitation in recommending Rainier Roof Restoration.

They did an excellent job. This was a two day project.... one to clean the roof and debris, then after the shakes had dried out, to put on the oil-based stain. We had a choice of two colors and we went with grey. It looks great! They did a very good job explaining what they did and why, they were professional and showed up on time. Neighbors have also used them and have been very pleased, too.

Roof looks great. They did come in a little over the estimate (replaced more shingles than initially thought) but the owner called and explained and gave me that at cost. I was happy with the work done.

The broke the shingles off the roof. They stomped all over the roof. I don't even think he put down a sealer. They did a horrible job. they took me for my 1500 dollars . Now he wont even answer me calls.

I was not present, but all work was performed as expected.

They were very friendly and returned my call promptly. He asked me what I needed and was very honest. He came and did his job. He would call me when he was not able to come. He did a wonderful job and cleaned up after himself. He gave a 5 year warranty for the roof. My roof looks like new.
