Dan at At Your Service Plumbing has been our plumber for many years. His knowledge and professionalism are the best; he takes care of each customer’s home as if it was his own. Andy and main office at At your service plumbing were very responsive. They worked very well with our schedule and always stayed in touch. Andy and Zach were very professional and performed a quality install of our sump pump. I appreciate their courtesy and professionalism. I definitely would recommend and rehire for future projects.

After nearly 3 years and multiple plumber visits from other companies, Dan from At Your Service Plumbing FINALLY solved the issue. We would hear banging and clicking noises in our plumbing and were able to identify the toilet in the master bath as the source but it wasn't until Dan arrived did we finally identify the cause. Dan determined there was a bleed in the hot and cold water lines allowing for warm water to feed the toilet causing the piping to expand causing the noises. What was impressive for us was how quickly he was able to figure this out. Other plumbers never even mentioned this as a possibility. Then he had to determine where the bleed was generating. Again, he pretty quickly identified the source for the water bleed was coming from our master shower with dual shower heads/faucets that had eroded parts. The showers were working fairly well so we didn't realize that is was an issue. But once Dan opened up the faucets it was apparent to Dan the parts needed to be replaced. Parts were ordered and were installed today. I can not over emphasize or exaggerate how incredibly friendly and professional Dan and his assistant Zach, were. From the initial call to At Your Service Plumbing to the final installation today, the entire experience is by far one of the best we have ever experienced with a service provider. We are so grateful to have the noise finally eliminated and to know we now have a plumber we can trust.

Dan is an excellent and extremely professional and knowledgeable Plummer. He is beyond kind and always ready to answer questions. I've hired Dan from At your service plumbing for a previous house renovation. I would definitely recommend him and this company to anyone. Also all employees answering the phones are very gracious. The work was impeccable. Our plumber...Dan Larson, replaced the faucet and also discovered a huge problem withe main water line coming into our home. Said home was built in 1998. In the process of constructing the home, someone hooked into the main water line...copper line.....and soldered a new connection to the incoming line. In the process of so doing said person basically crushed the copper line at the soldered joint. The water flow was restricted by about 90%. Dan replaced the line and all is well. Also, the line was almost ready to fail. Having that incoming line fail in your crawl space is the stuff of nightmares. In short, Dan has saved my bacon on a number of occasions, so hire him and At Your Service Plumbing and your plumbing woes will be over! I recommend AYSP and Dan without hesitation or reservation....Dave H.

The employee that arrived at our house was friendly and professional. However, we were quoted $1400.00 to remove an old sink and install a new kitchen sink "as long as there were no complications during the install." That seems rather expensive just for a sink so we decided not to use their service.

Wow, super impressed with At Your Service as a business. Right off the bat, I loved that someone always answered the phone when I called (either JR, the owner, or Brittney), and then very consistently communicated from then on out, going above and beyond to answer questions, and follow through with whatever they said they would do. Their process requires a lot of back-and-forth on the front end, but by the time they start the work, you know exactly what you’re signing up for, which was a huge reason we chose them — no surprises!! They charge for a proposal (rather than a bid), which does make you feel inclined to go with them after that investment, but they do apply that fee to the service. The amount proposed is the EXACT amount the job will cost you, as opposed to many other contractors who will bid low, but then back you into a corner with other “unforeseen” charges in order to finish the job. Dan did our plumbing work for our bathroom remodel. He was friendly, communicative, honest, knowledgeable, confident, tidy, thorough, and as a bonus was also super enthusiastic about our remodel ideas and made us feel like we were a team approaching the project. He was very proud of his work, too, and rightly so. He even gave us a bunch of info and tips for the part of the work we were going to complete (after plumbing). We highly recommend them. They’ll tell you they’re not the cheapest around, but they have a great reputation in this community, are very enjoyable to work with, and are worth the peace of mind!!

The plumber and his apprentice arrived on time and the work performed was done with quality. The tasks completed were to reconnect a sink after the installation of a new kitchen counter, install a new kitchen faucet, install new water supply faucets in the laundry room and bathroom. Overall it took 10 hours to complete this work. Unfortunately, the firm charges a flat rate based on the work performed and does not charge by the hour. For the tasks performed, the price was $2600. This was an exorbitant price. Assuming $100 for materials, this was $250 per hour. I had not gotten an estimate up front so shame on me for not having done so....I will look elsewhere next time I need a plumber.

I have used this company for 10 years. Before that my parents employed them for about 15 years. I always get a prompt response and kept apprised of work that is being done. Plumbers Dan and Andy are top quality and professional. Owner JR is wonderful to work with.

Wonderful! Cyrus was very professional, friendly and informative. Prompt in scheduling, and especially appreciated the text with picture, informing me who would be showing up at my house!! I was so impressed by that feature, shared it with many people. This was my second time using this company, was so pleased with first time (Andy) as well. Would definitely recommend, and will call again if I am in need of this type of service.
