Great company to work with!

The plumber showed up on time, he listened and was courteous. He pulled the toilet (after laying down a protective cover for the floor, thank you!!), investigated the situation and offered an expandable drain cap that fixed the issue without replacing the whole pipe. In addition, he fixed a couple of minor issues that we had not bothered to mention, and offered suggestions on how to do a few things better. He put everything back correctly, tested it all and cleaned up before he left. Several days later we received a Thank You card from their family. Excellent Customer Service! That's how you do that. We were very impressed! The part was a bit pricey, but so cheap in the long run. The entire experience was excellent. We've refrerred friends to them happily and recommend them.

It's been 7 months and we cannot be more pleased with the choice we made and the help Ron provided.

Darin arrived on time and was personable and professional. He walked through our home , providing pointers to prevent water leaks throughout. Darin was able to replace our shower drain in a timely manner, and was very neat and tidy. I would definitely recommend Springer plumbing and Darin to others.

Called on Monday and made appointment for Wednesday. They showed up right on time. While the old hose was draining the serviceman went to get the new one. Removed old water heater and all the extra pieces that the builder put in, and left a new, well situated tank.

Everything was perfect. He was punctual, pleasant, professional, and efficient. He was able to listen to our request and provide suggestions for the best toilet to use.

Called them, having used them some time before to replace a broken faucet outside, after being recommended by a friend. They quickly responded and set up an appointment. Checked out the old one, replaced the new one all in a few hours. Did an excellent job; far better than the original put in when house was built. Friendly, professional and fast!

The overall service was efficient and professional. We expect to hire Springer Plumbing for more work on showers and replacing a toilet in another bathroom later this year.

I needed a water valve removed and replaced to install a toilet. Since this invoilved shutting off the water to the building and the need for special tools, I could not do this myself. Ron Springer, who did the work, was outstanding. I appreciate and try to suppoer family run businesses. I was told he would be there at 1:00pm and he arrived on time, no waiting around for me. I had received estimates of $220-$270 and approximately 1-2 hours of work. Ron quoted me $140, including parts. He said it should take about 20 minutes and it only took him 15. I will use Springer again and highly recommend.

They were here in about a half an hour. They were outstanding. The guy worked fast and smart.

Darin came the first day, on time, and reviewed all my plumbing needs and gave me a detailed estimate. I authorized the work and he replaced the bathroom sink faucets and repaired the toilets that day. Darin came back two days later with my brand new sink, installed it, flushed the hot water heater, and replaced the washing machine hoses. Darin was very thorough, professional and explained everything to me so I knew what was being done and why. The company owner brought supplies and helped with the sink installation so that the job could be done quickly and efficiently. I love my new sink and faucets and it is so nice not to have to turn off the water to my toilets so that they won't leak.

They have been around for 30 years and they are great on customer service. I like their customer service; they were very communicative. Their prices are reasonable. I will use them again.

All quickly and very well done in what otherwise is a very awkward place to work. Very pleased they eliminated a very nasty smell.

When our 18 year old hot water heater needed to be replaced, Springer Plumbing came out and evaluated the issue, gave a firm estimate, and replaced the water heater two days later. They provided all new fittings, removed/recycled the old appliance, and left the area in spotless condition. They were very professional through the entire process, including a courtesy call when they were running 15 min behind schedule. We had another estimate for the job, and Springer was more competitive. We would definitely use them again.
